Keeping my original rating. Two of those 3 keys functioned for figure out exactly what the secret went to. It wasnt labled although Believing it might've been a spare. This is to get a trailer and there are only two things on it that require keys. The 2 keys that did work functioned great. Perhaps next time once I go on holiday I will figure out what that secret that is 3rd went to. I'm satisfied with the purchase since It was a bet I've created.

I phoned SeaTown Locksmith to alter our locks once we found we had needed a break-in AND the thieves took one of our secrets. They charged a cost that was fair , re-keyed our locks and came within one hour. Couldn't be happier. Customer service along with a place that is physical in Burien, also.

Not a locksmith that is great.
Brought a blank keys in to be made as copies and just one of them worked.
The reason this is 2 stars rather than 1 is because of the very professional service and place that is convenient.

Yep, locksmiths that are walk-in exist! And you want only that! This place was a life saver when my automobile's ignition locked up and I could not get the key out. It was a type of strange, as my mechanic had to take out the ignition, and I had to bring it in to the locksmith to possess the key removed and the part. Honestly I don't fully comprehend the situation, but the man working here handled it with ease and confidence. It was very fast as well! I would go here for duplicates of car keys or some locksmith business.

Prompt, friendly service for a great price. Justin went the extra mile to make sure my locks were secure and was super kind, clarified what he was doing, and came out. Also he was nice to my kitty who normally does not like strangers! Totally service I would recommend to anybody!!

I am a new Mother who wanted a break. My Mom in Law offered to see my daughter while I went along with my sister to have a few lunch a pedicure, and a beer or two. In this time period, there was a package delivered to my house. Not wanting to let out my dog, my Mom in Law quickly shut the front door while she went to recover the box. In what must have been a moment for her, she realized with my baby in her arms, she was locked out. My Mother in Law didn't have shoes on, her mobile phone on her, AND it rain, to make things worse. She made her way in moist socks, using a scared and crying baby , to a neighbors home and called Triple A. Triple A stated they don't assist with home lockouts, just car lockouts, but offered to put her in touch with Seatown Locksmith.
Seatown Locksmith arrived within 15 minutes on a Friday and unlocked the front door so my toddler baby and Mother in Law could get safely inside and warm back up. What's even more amazing, is that they did this for FREE.
I had no idea any of this had happened and arrived home - my doorway worked. You'd not have known the knob needed to be entirely disassembled to receive my family inside safely. They did an incredible job!

My one and only favourite lock shop. The real locksmith in Burien and surrounding regions that have a real storefront. So a lot easier to trust someone that has an actual store vs of a van or automobile. Security transponder keys programed and cut and programed them correctly and while I waited duplicated all the keys I wanted for mailbox and my home. Speaking of mailbox they have a combo deal with a Mail Boss mailbox with in floor place. Available in four different colours

They are totally amazing and useful in assisting me making a copy of a key in under five minutes. There needs to be more companies such as this!

Called and they gave advice. Brought my Pontiac distant laser cut that was blank and he made sure that the transponder was programmed.

Seatown Locksmith is AMAZING!!! They came to my rescue when my son locked himself, along with my telephone, and all my groceries in the car now, LOL... I was pretty lost with out my telephone and no entrance to my SUV, where my son sat there in his carseat while playing mama's cell. I tried to not freak out. They showed up quickly after a kind passer by lent me her phone so I could call for assistance. Such awesome quick and effective service! He was kind and made me feel so much more comfortable while I waited.

Not a whole lot to say, but they were nice, and helped me determine what I needed- I was attempting to have a key type created.

I find their lack of integrity and unwillingness to stand behind their job.

Very disappointed! I had a key made. It broke off in my ignition today. When I asked if they'd guarantee their job and replace the key and phoned, they refused.

Would use them again, and highly recommend them.
Sunday morning- 2 days after I installed a new lock. Lock fails.
I have used these guys before for crucial duplication and always try to use local businesses. So I called them at Sunday morning. They replied and 30 minutes after, the lock was unlocked. $120 for Sunday service (a bit high price to get a 30 second lock pick) but using this wonderful fast friendly service, and the lesson learned, no regrets!
I am hoping that the owner gives $120 to a majority of to the Locksmith that arrived - .
Fortunately the lock comes with a essential. But... Probably wasn't a fantastic idea to leave the backup key in the bedroom.

Thanks for nothing local neighborhood company!!! Not gonna waste my time with this business anymore neither should anybody else.
Over priced and the person (all of these ) there doesn't know what he is referring to. Last time I went there, he went to bill for programming a remote that did not any special gear which apparently he said it did not have it in and did. Thanks to Youtube and obtained the remote to operate myself. They were called by 2nd time and guy told me to call dealer to find the key code and they said no demand, once I phoned dealer. They gave me a telephone # who had been portable friendly and more economical. I believe service in 2-3 mph ought to be totally free.

The guys at Seatown, courteous and were professional. When I asked about my key they said they had 15 minutes and $25. This was a fraction of the time and cash to get the service elsewhere along with the cut if the key was laser polished and sharp in contrast to my prior experience where it seemed with a tool like somebody cut my keys.
That said, no black men no audio and most unlucky of all, no big booty women twerking that thang.
As soon as I entered the building I fully expected to see Sir Mix-A-Lot, and here Baby Got Back playing over the house PA.. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Seatown a term Mr. A-Lot coined?
This location is the best example of finding gems. I have been using a retailer and never paid them any attention. On a whim, I thought I'd pop in next time I had been on the block to see whether they could cut a key I have had problems getting cut.
Bottom line. There 5 Star testimonials don't surprise me in the very least, my experience could not have been any greater.
In the long run, I couldn't be more fulfilled and I was not driving that car that afternoon, but when I left they provided to check the key for me personally in my locks. Then they said, have any questions, come back and we will take care of you.

I pulled out of a non-running vehicle, no crucial codes onto it. They were able to cut at a secret overnight! Good pricing too! I'll gladly recommend this place to anybody who requires a locksmith.

Fast knowledgeable. Came out and replaced door lock and keyed it. We could use our previous housekey. Great work!

These men are professional and responsive! We had a couple of design door locks that ceased working, and rather than attempt to sell us away, they gave us a fix and encouraged us to initially seek a replacement via the manufacturer's guarantee. We'll definitely call them again the next time we want a locksmith!
