I might give it, if there were TEN STARS. Because of where we lived a different firm refered to Scott me and was not disappointed. I was out of state and wife when our house has been broken into, and children were at home. Scott and his wife came out as soon as they could and started to change out our locks. They made my wife feel at ease with everything they had been doing and have been professional. They made sure my wife was comfy before they left and went BEYOND and ABOVE to fix some problems. I'd recommend them to anyone WITHOUT HESITATION. I cannot express my appreciation for their support and most importantly being human and personable in a scenario that was very traumatic for my loved ones.
I phoned this company at and left a message to call me when they were receptive that my dog and me were locked from my house since soon after midnight and it's been over 95 degrees the whole time to them! They never returned my phone and it is almost noon! Till they return your phone do not waste your time you'll die of heat exhaustion!
