I have been using this company for the last 12 decades and recommended him. Service, and always on time.
He's capable and knowledgeable.
He has a vast experience with products and it's a pleasure to work with him.

We were pressured by time so we needed to go with them.
They opened the lock speedily, and were fast. The price was too pricey based on comparisons to other locksmiths.

This Locksmith did a change occupation that is conventional. But BUYER BEWARE.... They are a RIP-OFF!! that is entire

He takes yelling women's money also sucks at his job. Thank you"John".
So-called-John said" well. . She's over 18? It's not my fault that she paid it"
"This is an unfair cost and you took advantage of my crying wife who was in need of help"
. He didn't even fix the lock. He used big of a bolt close and you've got to use a lot of force to close it, leaving a profound place where the bolt warms up against the frame and now the door sticks.
I was really upset at the present time, although I realize I must have looked into him before paying, I was locked out of my shop that wanted the help of a locksmith, also had a broken lock. I didn't hope to get screwed over.
I was by myself when he came to fix the lockhe quoted me after everything was said and done. That I thought was a lot, but I needed to get inside ASAP, and had never employed a locksmith therefore that I had nothing to compare it too.
My husband just hung up and could not handle it. We took it as a loss, but needed to close our shop the month. This company has a crook working for them, maybe they know, however, my guess is that this"John" man is pocketing peoples cash.
After over a week we finally got a hold of the company and"John" ( they kept falling our calls when we would tell them which speech we had been calling about).
He saw that there was no license number or phone number and looked at the invoice when I managed to tell my husband about the situation.
(I'm 23, therefore yes over 18. . but seriously. . That's the way you answer?!)
I had been over this situation for weeks in distress, it completely broke my hope, and hurt me financially.
DO NOT USE THIS LOCKSMITH COMPANY!!! THE "GENERAL MANAGER " TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AND MY SITUATION.
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM CALLING THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.
My husband explained in the telephone, and I quote;
I was locked out of my shop and called the 800 number to get someone come as promptly as possible. They assured me they'd be there immediately, which they had been. The"general manager" who said his name is"John" but didn't provide a license number nor a business card once I asked, completely screwed me over.
I hope"John" receives his karma in full, and I am certainly posting on most of social networking and word of mouth to not use or hope this company.
After he was done, he wrote me an invoice for about $1660!! So I paid money to him, I didn't have enough money in the bank. . stupidly. . But I handed him over my money, and was uncertain of things to do, completely crying my eyes out and lonely.

Came over and solved the problem. Thank you !
I made three phone calls to search a locksmith to open the door for me personally, one is a bit expensive, another is absent I am lucky to strike on the next person, he came over and made everything. I am sure we will count to get comparable issues in the long run on him. Problems made me find out things and know people.

I called their 800 # when I locked myself out of the home the other day. I said I had a 70 year-old Schlage lock which I needed PICKED. The man said,'it should not be a issue, however they"might need to replace the lock"' Then he gave me this low ball figure. A few minutes later, another man called me to confirm my request and my speech. I inquired,"Are you going to have any trouble PICKING this lock?" He answers, confidently,"There is not a lock I can't open" He informs me, looks at it and walks into the doorway :
1) This lock includes a 13" tumbler and can not be picked.
I really don't need to judge him harshly on misinformation. So I called a customer whose company probably made the drill bit"Nameless Locksmith" needs to use to destroy my door knob. Nameless and Client talk for nearly about 10 seconds. Client informs me to call a locksmith. So I tell Nameless that I'm calling a locksmith. He tells me that I must cover him for driving all of the way to lie . I tell him to sue me. He says, I'm not leaving until you cover me. I explained I had been quite particular about what I wanted done so his company would not send the wrong person for the job out. He should not have been shipped if he was not qualified. I lie to me and did not ask that somebody show up. He explained, the lock is rusty, you need me to reveal? He stated,"I'm not leaving before you cover me" I advised him to get comfy. I called San Mateo Lock Works, a different company. And Nameless Locksmith left.
4) It's a brass lock. Because IT DOES NOT RUST you create locks.
2) There are not any tumblers in this lock.
San Mateo Lock Works sent a man. Everett had open my door in under 20 seconds, went up into the doorway, took out a pick and said hi. He didn't even scrape the knob. Oh, and that I had been quoted an estimated price on the phone and charged $25.00 less than the quote.
3) He's going to have to drill the lock. I will need to replace the works.
3) There was no rust in the lock.
4) I didn't have to worry because his shop was 10 minutes off and AFTER he drilled on the lock, he'd come'right back' using a new door knob.
6) If you can put a key in a lock, it is a pickable.
1) There are no 13" anythings in this lock.
5) If you understand how to drill a lock, you only need to replace the lock cylinder.

Security Locksmith was efficient, reasonably priced, and prompt. Highly recommend!

Wow! Our experience with Russ (verses another new local locksmith) was day and night! It is crucial to have someone trustworthy handling locks and keys to your residence and after a bad experience he was known to me by a buddy! There was no shenanigans using pricing! He was 1/3 the price tag, honest and comfortable . I recommend Russ!

Russ was so professional, so pleasant, and went above and beyond. We had lots of locks to change - Russ took the time to adjust and lubricate every lock and each, and did a great job rekeying everything but went the excess mile, unasked. Difficult to open locks and everything works easily before he arrived we had sticky! I will recommend him to my customers and am so impressed and grateful. Thank you Russ!
