Security Plumbing

Manuel and dan arrived at our condominium where we had sink and a shower drain in our master bathroom. They were nice guys and they did a great job! I'd gotten several quotes but proceeded with Security Plumbing because our construction advocated them. I am glad we did because they did a great job and charged us than the companies quoted us! I would recommend them!

Do not be tricked by a few bad reviews on this company. This is a organization that is VERY. The owner has set a High Standard because of his team and really understands Customer Service. I will certainly call them whenever I want Plumbing Services. Thank you people to be Professional, Prompt and exceptional!

It is the Friday following Thanksgiving, along with the hose out of the water to washer has developed a leak, which I cannot get to completely stop. Called Security. Waited 40 minutes for a call are taking selected calls and back only to be told that they are closed. I had been told that I was welcome to telephone different businesses by Brian, Ryan - whatever his title was. These fools will NEVER be called by me again Customer support does not exist with this company!

This guy drives like an asshole that is absolute. I really would When there was a way.

Needed to replace shut off valves to sinks and bathrooms and fix a leaky bathtub faucet in my condo. When I called, the phone was answered by a knowledgeable efficient individual who stated she would return to me with possible dates to the work (needed as the condo requires notice). And she actually got back to me along with the plumber showed up on time, was quite professional, done the work and also the price was less than anticipated. I'd suggest these people!

I have 24-25 feet of pipe that I want replaced and inquired what he'd charge. He said it would be approximately 150 for the first hour 125 for every hour after and that it take 4-5 hours to get done and be approximately 800 max. So that I asked if he'd come out to provide an quotation sounded great and he said no that was really odd. And as the conversation evolved out of what he believed to 210/hr and to be anywhere from 1200-1500, the price went. Does the guy power and a quotation almost double twice in a conversation? And just how does someone say they don't wish to come make company and give an quote. Weird.

Simply remarkable. Didn't think it was possible to come. . .customer service, reasonable pricing & aggressive, and proficiency. Today"calling a plumber" isn't a poor thing but a relief to call them. Thank you!

I think they tried to make the most of me since anyone who has done this earlier would have finished this task in about 30 minutes. I believe $450 for 1/2 an hour is totally absurd since there was no pipe welding or fitting included.
Don't get screwed by these men. I phoned them to get them replace a garbage disposal and they told me it would cost $450 only. I had the newest one. Since I thought she must be confused, I asked the woman to confirm this. She confirmed they do charge $450 in labour to replace a garbage disposal and came back. The woman I talked to was polite even when I told her that this should cost approximately $120 to $ 150, not $450 and I was not keen to cover a ridiculous cost to them to do this job.
The net of all of this is without calling one other business that you shouldn't call these men and accept their cost.
I understood that $119 charges to do so after reading the instructions that came with the newest disposal, but I decided to give it a shot myself and to not wait . I have never replaced a disposal before using just a pair of pliers, a screw driver, and a small hand saw to shorten a piece of plastic pipe, I finished the task in 55 minutes; which was taking two or three short telephone calls while I was performing the replacement. When I had bought I wouldn't have needed the saw.
