Fast forward 5 years later. . .thought I'd give them ANOTHER CHANCE. . .Recently called to upgrade our system and got placed on hold. Receptionist subsequently took my name and said someone would get back to me. . I chose to move on to"Professional Security Consultants Inc." following a recommendation from a fellow small business owner. The service I'm getting out of them is like NIGHT AND DAY! Your loss Security Source.
Had a strategy put them in in our home and company. My very first experience a few years back went like that:"Had two appointments to acquire cameras serviced. The first time that the installer made an appointment and did not have a tall enough ladder. Nobody showed up to this appointment. I never received a return call and left a message about being awakened. I called the next day and got lots of apologies. . .The cameras are just"okay" for what we paid for them."
I've a big 1050lb to deliver with me. I satisfied with the shop in PHX that I purchased the secure out of, they put it in the back of a UHaul truck and packaged up it safely. Made an appointment with Security Source for Monday 4/9 in 8:00am to take the secure out of back of their truck into our home here. Their installer called me at to tell me that they had been on their way. When they got to the house they stated that they didn't understand how to choose the secure out of back of their uhaul truck because protected was put down on its back. They start asking ME how they did this in PHX. They shot it down and took it all in after explaining it to them. All is fine to this stage before I got a call from Security Source that they need to charge me extra $50 because protected was on its back. He said that secure ought to happen to be standing up next to the truck wall. What? I traveled 500 miles off and they wanted me to place 1000 pound of secure? That would have roll across the truck. After arguing with them which first they had been charging me 394 ($200 over the guys in PHX)simply to move the protected from the truck to some first degree house and they had been late an hour he said that they would call it . Wow, really Now although I was planing of buying another secure I would never do business with those guys. Secure your time and cash call Someone else.
