Service Plus replaced my furnace and came out. Chris Cunningham did a 180. 3years afterwards and my furnace has saved me a bunch of money. Service Plus paid for another firm to clean my vents. Chris Cunningham and I've become great friends and I've even purchased furnaces for properties I handle. Terry the receptionist is amazing also.
I'm super impressed with a few technicians - Eric, Jose are wonderful.
We purchased a heat pump furnace and asked to get ducts cleaned. We paid in surplus of 11,000.00 because we wanted great return for our $ and wished to get cleaner air and reduced our heating price. It has taken over 20 service calls in over a year, but still hasn't lowered our price, the atmosphere is more dusty and dirty than ever, we have had the owner out here who promised me it could be fixed - just to have to call out another technician following the work he did because there was a gap in the brass coil - it runs super loudly, and cannot tell you how frustrated I am with the owner who promised to call me back, gave me his personal cell number and never returns my calls. He did provide me an extra 2 yrs in my service arrangement (how large of you). Had I not paid for something in advance - I would be asking for my money back, taking him or new furnace.

Service is the worst! They don't give one thing about anything but making money. Service is great at ripping off customers! They take advantage. They lie. You bill for services that you need or don't want.
We were told by the guy he would replace all my drains in my house for x$. He meant a single drain. He signed me up for a yearly fee/contract I told him I didn't want. He said something with a full intention on doing another charging us.
Thanks Chris. When this ceremony occurred you need to have spoken to a employee. I had to call a few times to complain. You have been aware.
The main problem of service plus is that their plumbers are their sales staff. Sure, you may get a fantastic technician, but that technician doesn't have any clue what he is talking about sales wise.
I'd have been out thousands of dollars rather than had the task done that was told to me would be done, if I hadn't requested one questions out the occupation until he left the bid.
Fortunately I then remembered and I reached out to Plecker Plumbing, a business I love, and he called me to the Pipes of Noblesville of Lew. Lews came out about 2 to 3 hours and waterjeted my primary point and fixed my problem at 1.5 hrs and offered some great information for about $400. I wish I would have called Lews.
This firm was ok. Since we did not have to pay anything I give them three stars. We had water backing up into our cellar because of a line clog. The technician came out and did a far better job than the first firm we hired the day before (Pipes Paramedics). But since they could not get the principal line stuck, they sent the camera guy the next morning and since there was water at the line that the camara would not work... luckily they had an unclog your line or it's free guarantee so I did not have to pay anything. He suggested we spend $ 3,500 to dig a pit into the ground to determine what the problem was and said he can get out 40 ft.
I believe that the lesson at the primary line drain difficulty, is that if it's"we shall unclear your line or it's free" then they're likely going to try to upsell you and do a lot more work so that they can actually make money.
That's what I'd give, if zero stars were an alternative. I had an appointment scheduled for today and received a text at 7:30 am stating they will need to reschedule my appointment. 30 minutes isn't an proper time period to cancel a scheduled appointment. They truly do not care about clients & their period. Representative kept saying"I understand", but in the event that you really knew - my appointment would not have been cancelled, particularly on short notice. Supervisor Daniel is extremely rude & couldn't supply a real reason.

I had drain slips (gross) and called Service Plus. There was confusion on who solved drain flies (exterminator or plumber) but I eventually decided I was going to have a plumber come out and clean my drain.

The representative helped identify a fantastic deal for me personally. Dan arrived and was honest about my scenario. He tried to not do work because he felt what he had been requested to do wouldn't solve.
Nobody called me back after several hours, although I asked an emergency repair on leaking pipe and gave them a second opportunity now and was told someone would call me with appointment time. I had been told nobody works when I called them back.
This business tried and found their quote was greater.
This company will not be tried by me again.
They should not have promoted themselves as 24/7 if nobody could even schedule appointment on Sunday after they promised customer.
The agent wasn't friendly when she understood what happened.
I really like service plus and have used them for at least 6 decades and for several problems. I have been told whenever it was a fantastic idea to create our system more or when I really needed something or when he thought a system would last using a fast fix vs replacing it now. They have done all hvac in addition to plumbing work and I wouldn't trust another company. Before them, I had been"sold several times". You are in a small rock and a hard place when your heating or air is not working when I'm stuck, and I love their honestly and assist.
On 2/28/19 we had water coming out of a pipe in our cellar so we predicted Service Plus. They sent a plumber who diagnosed the problem. . .which he couldn't fix. So they sent somebody to clean the line from the outside pipe for $89. After assessing the problem from outside and in the home, this next Service Plus employee determined that a more major repair would be needed, possibly cutting into the wall of our finished basement, cutting into the sewer line, digging down to the sewer line out using a backhoe, also carrying the majority of the next day (Friday) to do it. We were stuck, without the capability to use any our appliances, we had them come out. After waiting a couple of minutes to allow the utility workers conclude marking the utility lines, they set to work. Less than an hour after (@ 9:00) they called us out to reveal what they'd done. They hand-dug (with shovels, NOT the backhoe) into the sewer line, cut a section between the home and the clean-out, and cleared a clog with that section. He found there was a clog in the line and arrived. They replaced the part of cut sewer line out and ran a snake out of one of our INSIDE toilets, which cleared the clog. All work was finished by 12N (a total of more than 3 hours work) and they were going to charge the $3125. Only when pressed did they reduce it because they did not use the backhoe. So it was 2625 to clean a clogged sewer line. (We have since found that other firms would have charged closer to $200-300 to the same job by simply running the snake out of the inside in the first place.) Unhappy with the price tag, we predicted Service Plus that afternoon (3/1/19) and have been advised that the GM (Jimmy) was gone for the day but he would be back in touch. No call back Monday. It was not until more phone calls and an online conversation that we finally spoke with Jimmy on Wednesday (3/6). He was not at all sympathetic to our argument that we were overcharged for work that required less than three hours and ultimately was not as complicated as they made it out to be. Following a few contentious moments, he stated he'd discuss it with the operator and"call back". He never called back. We gave it a couple of days, and in the suggestion of our attorney, a challenge filed with our credit card business to recover a portion of the sum we felt Service Plus overcharged us. Service Plus responded to this dispute, not by waiting for a resolution from the credit card business, but rather by filing a mechanics lien on our house AND having a lawyer send a threatening letter to us demanding payment and demanding that we eliminate negative reviews we'd posted! Following that, we tried reaching out into the owner of the business by sending a registered letter. That was a week ago and still no reply. We are now filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General's Consumer Complaint Dept. So here is Service Plus: 1) couldn't finish the job right the first time, two ) overcharged for your job that WAS done, 3) completely unresponsive to dissatisfied customers, and 4) would rather undermine their customers compared to give their complaints a fair hearing and negotiate in good faith.
I became sick with tore rotator cuff & heat stroke cleaning water up during humidity & 93 degree heat. I do not trust...I really do NOT trust. I'm single & 66 yrs; this is insulting & benign. They did not honor the free plumbing support , either! I had been discounted & are my damages that they caused. TRICKED by these
I award 1 star due to the Rheem a.c. which was set up. On the other hand, the cost to me is greater than the new air purifier because the tech did not check his work & did not place the condensation hose which he tied with water softener hose & did not place in the drain. I complained to mgmt by email & phone alerting 3 workers of the flooding in my own garage, nobody returned to my home to take responsibility. The tech who made the mistake admitted to his coworker; Chris Cunningham, the boss/owner, stated he had reimburse. I located price tag of most things & some aren't replaceable (hand knotted carpets) & he stated:"not paying for anything since it did not happen!" I tell him I'd file in small claims court & he stated"we are utilized to this! see U there:-RRB-"
Probably the Best customer support I have ever experienced with a company supplying services for our home! Each one of the admin staff I spoke with over the telephone, specifically Terry, were really and friendly ! When it came to recommendations 18, and Michael, our tech, was incredibly knowledgeable and not pushy. He spent additional time talking with me how an HVAC system works, distinct features available that benefit our family's requirements and showed me prices on what I asked about. He offered to come back and sit down with my husband and I, should we want to go over anything further. Everything from the text prior to our appointment showing a photograph of the tech that will be coming to our house, to the hand-written thank you card we received from Terry afterwards, proved they care about doing business the best way possible!
Run, do not use this business! They do not honor their appointments. I scheduled at Feb 2019 for Tues because I Reside in NJ but maintain a home in Indy. I knew I'd be home and scheduled my appointment for 8-10'm before a 10 hour return. They texted me about the Friday before at 3:13 pm telling me that I would have to reschedule due to the volume of weather calls. No phone call nothing. That I would not be cancelled as well as the guy said he'd speak to dispatcher although I explained and phoned. So I phoned at morning of the appointment to be told I had been about the scheduled, I didn't think them but no time might be awarded. Again no one called. I have cancelled my upkeep plan together. This is the next time a supposed weather related crisis has caused to do so to me. I have the worse luck or this area has business integrity that is sketchy. I am.
First time. Give'em a try!

Super convenient scheduling of the consultation telephone happy they charge for this for the people who buy. We purchased an as-is house in March of 2017. A year later and we do not regret using this business for nearly all our room fixes that are mechanical. They have been wonderful to work with, and happen to be at communicating time frames and prices along the way excellent. Would recommend.
We have used Service Plus for HVAC and plumbing issues we've had in our home. I love that they call me ahead of time to allow me to know the serviceman is on his way, and often I receive an email with a photo introduction to the serviceman (which really is nice, knowing who to expect when I open the doorway ). Both the office employees & the service folks are helpful & friendly.
In general, customer service their work has been outstanding & the fees are often reasonable. Service Plus is on my call list for our next HVAC or plumbing issue.
Only reason I am giving them a four star vs. a five star rating is to their latest trip to our house for a sink disposal not working, we were billed over $200 for essentially with the serviceman use a little wrench to restart the disposal. He was extremely apologetic, knowing that the charge was more than the amount work involved. So that I can fix it He'd show me the way to do the fix myself following time & I ordered the tool off of Amazon.
In searching to tune up my furnace on if I was, I discovered this company via bunch. My experience with them was good from begin to end. They scheduled an appointment three weeks out from when I called. It was so I thought three weeks was not bad for what is likely their busiest time of year, just because it was becoming cold in the middle of October. The appointment week arrived and they called to move it out that was bothersome. They had a crisis and I could be scheduled by them . So the appointment was rescheduled and the service guy came punctually. He was very professional and did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone or any repair work!
That is my second time. Both times the encounter has been great from start to end. Overall they are very nice and on the telephone. Before going over the technician is on time and supplies a call. Both times their work has been quick and great. Compared to when I've used other businesses, they seem to go out of their way to make the experience more pleasant. Definitely would use again.
I had my service check done on two ac units and also a furnace. Charles was great, he had been on very educated and time. He had been communicated with the strategy and respectful of my house. I will be utilizing Service Plus again.
