A/C went down and they came out in a couple of hours after phoning them. They clarified what they did and went thru the diagnostics. I made the decision to purchase furnace and a new A/C . Got a great deal and they are coming out to put up this. They were nice enough to leave the component that fixed the problem on our unit. Kelton and Tyler were great and really professional.
I was overcharged. I was billed $90 and nothing has been done. There was another man from precisely the company that came out a few days later confessed for doing nothing, the man overcharged me. So the second man checked my furnace at no cost.
I have employed them for the year for the heating and plumbing. The maintenance and heating package is the way find a ac and heating inspection/cleaning and to go as you spend. They substituted it and had discovered a capacitor that was worn out. You will be saved by the care package on fixes for cooling and heating . They have always been on time and well fortunately I have not had any crises to call them out on. They are refilling the ac unit with more Freon and performing a leak test to determine where the Freon is leaking out from. As for the pipes they had done basically a days worth of work at my home like I had a completely different shower fixture, three sinks and three faucets installed. A couple of the plumbers got that done and worked on the shower fixture job that was big and then the one stayed to operate on the projects' rest. Is it expensive yes but you will need a licensed plumber heating - AC company working on your projects that are major.
I would if I could give them less than 1 star. They had been the company. I won't ever use them again. They were a total sham. That day, I had a second opinion and they could acquire the ac unit up and running. They were half the cost to get an AC unit. When Summers was out I believed that the tech was a car sales person. He was awful. Definitely not high on client service skills. He was trying to frighten me into becoming AC replaced. Didn't inform me I was able to fix it with only 1 part instead recommended a repair that was costly I'd buy a new unit. Also when I called Customer support to tell them about this, their client support manager Megan Taylor was dreadful. She was rude and would not help refund the fees. Wished to send an email reply so she didn't have to call me. I requested to speak to her manager and got sent to a random voicemail box with no name. Definitely not high on client connections.
Tyler and today Eric came on my furnace to get a maintenance test. I could not have been more happy with the professionalism or the support. Having worked in the list of Angie for over a decade, I heard what service involves and Summers appears to do the things that were right. Guys, thanks and invite you Summers.

I purchased a maintenance contract for a reasonable price which includes a plumbing inspection. The plumber, Andrew Nathan, taps in most rooms, drains, and assessed stops. Also water heaters, water heater, bathrooms and sump pump. Water heater was drained and security of these utilities were assessed resulting in a finding. Nathan was an outstanding provider, but also note that my very first contract review was a drain of the water heater. I'm happy I gave Summers another try on their contract!
I use Summers for both company and my home. They do a nice job. Quite friendly technicians. Ricky Bray has been a big help now at my business.
We have some friends that hired them to install air and heat system. It did not work After the temperature went up they turned on the air. Called summers and they had forgot to pipes. They fixed it and came out after a few days. Than they tried to sell them $700.00 worth of lighting in loft. Yesterday the atmosphere was not working they came out and the machine had a flow. Our friends asked to find a supervisor. Didn't show until 5 pm and he was there at 1:00 pm. By the employees they found the men who set up system were also fired out. Oh and incidentally these friends are in there 80's. I think they're trying to make the most of some men and women. To they are a ripoff.
March of 2013 a technician told me it'd cost $1100 to fix my furnace and came to my house. He said my furnace was 10 years old and has been pushy to sell me a new furnace. I sent him away. Brought at a respectable furnace repair business. It was mended by him for $400. That was 5 decades ago. For your furnace Summers insisted on replacing I have not had one problem or additional cost. The corporation is not trusted by me. 1 star is 3 too many stars.
We called for a crisis pipe that was frozen free of water. They arrived, but we just had a trickle of water, if the technician left. He did not not replace a valve a second plumber from the other firm had to fix. I called Summers ago and was told I was not a priority that day if the job was warrantied. They attempted to sell us a customer bundle, thus we would be the next customer line. They were completely aware we had no water. I asked the supervisor of summers to reimburse us from the firm that repaired it properly for the excursion charge. They refused after a receipt was produced by us. Their warranty is no good and the customer service is. .
Called for emergency service to get a kitchen sink backup. They could get a technician to me. They gave me a courtesy telephone approximately 30-20 minutes prior to his arrival so that I was not stuck at home waiting, which I really appreciated. The technician advised me on a coupon that is better to utilize which saved me money and was professional, friendly. Despite having to come back to his shop to trade machines out he stuck. It's been a few weeks now, and we haven't had any additional issues, although it took him a few hours to fix the issue. The business also gave a follow-up call to confirm that our issue was resolved. All in all, I hope I will not need Summers services, but they'll be the company.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced! It's Friday and I've been since Sunday without hot water. I realize there was a holiday weekend and did not expect the area to arrive for fix. When they arrived with the incorrect part I was told they would call to let me know whether they would be back that night or on Thursday. I phone when I don't hear back by 3, Thursday at 10 am no call and was told assume they are not coming and will probably be out Friday morn. This morn call and was told oh they are and we will call when headed that way. It seems they will not here by 4 if I'm to have a courtesy that is 30min. It is 3:20 and no call nonetheless.
Rearranging my schedule and searching to shower is more than a hassle.
The absence of courtesy communication and sense of urgency after making a mistake on the area that is wrong has me. I would have had a brand new plumber if they did not take parts of my unit together.
I wouldn't recommend using them if you expect communication.
