This experience was so different from my past dealings with Dial One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. I had been a client of theirs for more than 25 years, but I refuse to take care of a business that believes it's acceptable corporate behavior sabotage and demand, to have a representative contact me, to be able to re-gain my small business and shout me.
If the need arises, I shall again contact Chapman for any repair or service to my heating/cooling equipment. I hope they ship their tech Desmond back; he had been really wonderful.
This is my first time. Assessing the appointment was easy. The tech showed up assessed the problem, provided me options to fix the situation, and got right to work. Every step of this process was explained to me, and I picked those items I felt were essential. I never felt rushed or pressured.

That easy. After that wire was moved? No fan anything or difficulties. Perfection. No control board was needed.
I learned that Bryant systems , the identical brand as mine are often dealt with by Chapman , and I enjoyed this technology took the time to explain things in detail that was understandable. He also called his service supervisor to make sure charging only the diagnostic fee was fine, but it was clear the intent was to say"You do not need a brand new part. This fixes it."
While the fee struck me a bit high, I will also note I'd foolishly chucked their discount/coupon they often include in neighborhood mailings. So, that was on me.
At around 2pm, the tech showed up. He had been friendly and professional. He weighed what I'd said, took a while to look and found the real problem that, in the end, saved me quite a bit. It was a thing of one wire.
I had been amazed with also the fact that, their honesty, and also their timeliness after a couple months of being advised that by thinking beyond the box, the tech did a diagnostics and found the issue. I enjoyed he considered my feedback, but reliable his expertise and, in the end, saved me cash.
I replaced the thermostat with the support though the view was that there was a controller board likely needed of the company that replaced the blower motor. Since they'd generously offered to install the thermostat for a slight fee, it had been agreed that we'd see if the issue might be helped by the thermostat.
I wanted a new pair of eyes onto the furnace and they offered to come by that afternoon between 1-5pm.
I had the impression that I had a second opinion. I really don't know why, but I just sort of felt as if something has been missed. I had a friend whose heating man consented to come look at it, but he never followed through.
Due to the intricacies of my excuse, they suggested that I call in and talk to their scheduling individual. I did. I actually talked to 2 individuals - both super friendly and helpful. The diagnostic fee was clarified up front, at $98, and it had been clarified that although I was fairly sure I understood the issue this was regular was missed.
Finally, on a day look at some reviews and I chose to jump on Yelp. Early in the morning on a Friday, I contacted a couple companies offering the"get a quote" option. While Chapman's listing did not offer a reply, I added them and they were the first to react and it was within minutes.
Located on the Westside, Chapman works all around Central Indiana as my Central Air system will be the next thing and that I won't be afraid to return to them for company.
Of course, it did not.
Throughout the past few months, my furnace has become a continuing saga. As soon as it's only 5-6 years old, the simple truth is it's had more than a few troubles. While I believed I had the issues resolved while the blower motor was replaced a couple months back, I continued to have issues with a fan that had been massively and just wouldn't turn off driving up my utility bills.

Woke up to find out that our AC units both not worked. They sent somebody out fast and had them fixed straight away. Really pleased with our experience.

Collapse we purchase a new ac from Chapman. The set up was a demanding and the following day things had to be repaired by the service manager. Since then we have had both our after hours appointment and subsequent service appointment completed by Jacob and he has been undoubtedly and professional the best part and the reason they got 4 stars.

My expertise with Chapman has been excellent. From scheduling to technician being specialist. I Highly recommend this company.
Chapman delivered a service technician who heard the sound and understood what it since has come back was and replaced the part.
I recently signed up with an hvac and plumbing service agreement with Chapman. A brand new unit was set up by us a couple of years ago and it started making a high pitched whining sound. The company we bought the unit through finally lost our assurance by lack of knowledge and difficulty scheduling service.

Excellent company to work with! We had 3 different companies come outside to look at out our broken air conditioner and supply us with a quotation on a new device, and Chapman surpassed another companies in each way. They were professional educated, and easy to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone!

My air conditioning went out. Technician showed up, and told me I had a major escape. He then tells me it's $180 a pound to refill my R22 (refrigerant) and I was almost 4 pounds low. My Neigbor had had their ac. I called their business to acquire a second opinion. Turns out my ac was a pound low. It cost me less for them to emerge and fill my ac than what I'd have paid from this company for a single pound of refrigerant. Remember that he had been hoping to sell me 4 pounds at $180 each pound. Could have cost me over $800 for that one call.

I've been utilizing Chapman for the previous 4 years on rental properties that were several and my homes. They have set 4 ac units for me at that time. Every time I call after on a Saturday they came in 3 hours, they come out day! Quotes are always presented with a variety of options , even to me personally. The service techs are presentable always timely, and polite. I feel I am getting the best deal and price that is decent. I've used other companies and would rather use Chapman!! Give them a go!

I hired them to fix broke furnace. This cost over $450. Broke again starting of Sept.. (only worked about 6 months after fix ) I went online to set up a repair support. I had been given the option of if I would prefer a telephone -morning -day - or day. Because I had been at work, I chose eve. They called me 9am. . .scheduled them to come out next day involving 2-5. I needed to have someone go to my home to be there and had been at work. Of class they showed up within an hour my apt that is scheduled was 1-4. . . Fixed again for over $400. 3 days worked, broke . Called them 3rd time appointment again 2-5 tell them I was not glad they showed up first last moment. Again they showed 1 HOUR scheduled apt up. And attempted to convince me that I had been wrong with all the scheduled time .... Was given estimate of 400 I tell them I have paid way to much for it to not be fixed and that's when and ONLY them did a furnace is suggested by the guy. My furnace is less than 6 years old and if they couldn't have fixed it should have been advised on first trip. I had been in to deep and needed to try to get it fixed so I advised a second apt again 2-5 I left a huge deal to the woman on the telephone that they keep showing up early and no one is home and I was VERY unhappy about it. I made sure that she knew that no one would be there until 2pm! Paid AGAIN to have it fixed. It lasted 2 weeks. I needed to max out my CC to give my money to and this does not help my credit to get a loan to get a brand new furnace with comp. It will be a long winter with going with a company because I made the mistake that cant schedule properly and have techs that cant tell when a furnace cant be fixed until they have made over $1000 from you. Extremely frustrated and cold.

Outstanding company. When they say they'll, they show up, they are very professional and they do quality work. Prices are competitive. I will certainly use them again.
