Very reasonable cost, good service.
We needed our new buildings keys to be upgraded, so I called them. They we there right on time and speedy work.
Rob took the time to ensure the door worked nicely and lubricated it.
So here's my testimony. Car keys, house keys, wallet stolen. This guy not only got me into my house now, the Friday night before a major holiday (changing plans he had for the night too), he waited the time it took to take care of AAA being idiots and keeping me waiting by my car in the rain for two hours. Meaning he helped me and did not rip me off. There is NO other Locksmith. Period.
It was easy to set an appointment. The gentleman who came out to replace the locks on my condo was pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Only had Rob out to my house now to install new locks. Made me and my wife feel comfortable and at ease. He did an outstanding job the locks that are new look great and it is wonderful to only require one key now. I would recommend Rob and Smart Lock and Safe to Family and all of my friends. We moved and the prior owner removed the habit front door locks and handle. I looked for months for something which would match the drill holes and also cover the unpainted shapes that were under the lock. I finally found something that manage lock distance and would work for your deadbolt and pay the unpainted segments on the front but had a brand new drill hole. Rob offered a no cost visit when he came and was not able to finish the install and had me send images of the doorway with information on the lock to his private cell to be sure it'd match and locks. He was polite, on time, cleaned up for a reasonable price and quick using the install. Would certainly recommend this company.

My front door lock and deadbolt are very rusty. I did not even have any essential . Keys are different for doorways. Rob lubricated locks, and used my front door key for a master deadbolt for a same key and to rekey door locks. After his job, deadbolt and my locks are like new.
They came out at night on New Year's Day after my father in law passed out to change the lock. Trustworthy and very professional and affordable! Highly recommended!
Smart Lock and Safe just mended our Baldwin door lock. (Many state they can work on Baldwin locks but actually can't). Reasonable price, fantastic service
Coming home afternoonI was surprised to discover that my key was turning into the lock, but that my deadbolt was not opening. During this telephone, Rob was super useful and informative - gave me an concept about what the issue was, what could be done about the issue, and an estimate as to what it would cost to fix the issue. Additionally, Rob said he can be available to take care of everything. Sure , Rob arrived just because he said he would and managed the issue quickly, transparently, and with the utmost professionalism. Rob explained to me all of the choices required to make an educated decision on the product, and did a fantastic job. In the event I have any future issues with any locks, I'll be returning to Smart Lock and Safe to assistance. I would highly recommend Smart Lock and Safe/Rob for anyone in a similar bind.
Even after I tried blasting available the lock in my, Safe & Smart Lock wasn't only able to find the lock open, but also replaced the whole door knob and lock for a reasonable price.
I made an appointment for 4:30 with Smart Lock and Safe, arrived home and discovered I locked myself out like a moron, so I called Rob at 1:30 and inquired if he would come with a little earlier because I'm locked outside but if not no big deal I'll just find something to do to three hours it is my fault, '' he shifted his schedule and arrived in 20 minutes, he also came back later in the week to put a lock on a side gate beyond the house, great support, no sales pitches, trendy guy, wouldn't call anybody else, thanks Rob.
After spending on the couch, I put out an APB on Facebook. My son had locked the bedroom doorway, and, needless to say, the keys were inside! His best had tried before to select the lock, then batter it to a pulp, and, in the end, walk away to defeat. I hadn't ever used a locksmith so I was worried about price. When the man watched the doorknob that was battered and came, he replaced it and removed it , but went above and beyond and replaced three locking doorknobs as a courtesy! Being obstructed by your own kid was an ordeal in itself but I was relieved when I saw how an expert could be so efficient and charge a reasonable speed for support and his time. I was rather impressed with Smart Lock and Safe and hope to cover it when finds themselves in a similar situation.
