I dropped one of my keys to my Mini Cooper and after asking studying reviews and friends picked Smiley over the locksmiths and the merchant in the region. Friendly staff, very reasonable rates, but expertise beyond the normal. Kudos to Ariel who is a Superstar and worked long and diligently to produce the crap I bought of eBay to operate despite the hurdles and problems. Be smart, avoid the scammers on eBay and the high priced dealers and move to Smiley's. All the employees are courteous and specialists but if you need an automotive key replicated using an embedded chip, request for Ariel. He's A++ in my book!

Needed to find a back up fob for my vehicle and get it programmed. I called to receive pricing and to make sure this service was provided by them. Seemed reasonable for me so headed out. I was lucky that Constantine was between clients. He cared for me immediately. Professional service in a price that is fantastic. Would recommend

Friendly team that has been fast to assist me substitute and program my own key fob for my Jeep in under 15min. Fantastic price as well!! Definitely would recommend Smiley Locksmith!

The whole process took about 20-25 minutes, and when he was done I had been provided a fantastic deal on the valet key so that I would have a straight up since my purse was stolen along with my spare I had earlier.
Fantastic service! I was directed to call one of their locksmiths on the street when I called. He explained the approximate time he had be available (1-2 hours), and I requested that he text me 30 minutes off since I had to Uber straight back to my own VW Tiguan that I needed a new programmed crucial made for. He did that and we fulfilled on time.

I'm so Pleased with My experience with Smiley Locksmith! They were able to come out day and correct a couple of things on my property and responded to me. Max was also a celebrity I have a push start and was needing a secret. Max got down it within an hour and that is like me waiting for clients. For keys that are remote that this is weird lol.

These guys are all amazing! I had some help getting a deadbolt to correctly lock and Konstantin came IMMEDIATELY out and got the work done in a matter of 10 minutes. Well worth it! I will go every time that I want lock assistance. Konstantin had a suggestion about the best way best to improve! Five Stars all the way!

They have been amazing from start to finish. Very pleasant phone call to ask about acquiring a key made since my neighbour was locked out. They scheduled the appointment and Jorge showed up over the scheduled time. He even got the door open and then had 2 keys created for us, which is included in the service call. I had a functioning one with me. When I called, I had been told it'd be $80 to reprogram or $250 to substitute. I revealed the defective one . He wished to replace the battery. Could not and I told him I had done that he attempt reprogramming it. He said and I would have to pay $250 to substitute it. Because I believed this was surplus, I left. Youtube was assessed by me and followed instructions to reprogram the fob. It works flawlessly. The locksmith understood it could be reprogrammed.

I've been to this locksmith three or more times. Whether it's re-keying a classic automobile or replacing a distant they get the job done at a price that is fair.

Came here after buying a car. Dealership was a whole lot more costly for fob and essential with pc connection. There was an issues with the syncing initially, but they didn't give up before they functioned together to make sure I was not going to depart without a key. Really nice friendly group of men. While we waited, plus the espresso was a nice touch. Thanks

After some issues and miscommunication, Smiley Locksmith came through in making the keys. This was frustrating for me because my fiancé is in the National Guard and has been activated since this morning. Luckily, my fiancé was still to help with the walls. These guys are terrific! George took care of a very hard to locate key. I could not be helped by any other hardware store and the service was exceptional. If you need their services, then call them up.

I came in to get a spare key for my car and the first time that they left my crucial in I told me that they would do everything possible to create this crucial function, so I came back, it was working. So that they made it using the VIN 18, I didn't have the best replica of a secret and I'm so happy with my purchase. Nir Asaf has customer support really detail oriented.
