Professional and educated - recommend. Georgette, the proprietor, is hands-on (she's done the work at my house a few times) and I would not use anyone else. Very responsive, fast and simple to schedule.

I've used them twice. Friendly. When we were locked out of the home they had someone finished in 30 minutes to get us . Their locksmith managed to figure it out when we had to reprogram the keyless entry system to our home without understanding the master code.

There are locksmiths to choose from in the region, but not all do an exceptional job. I called the number and there were directions to leave a message and someone. I've heard a lot from businesses before, but I went ahead and left a message. Within minutes Georgette called me back and we scheduled the time to change all my locks. She was prompt, type, and professional. All of the locks have been changed in quantity of time and was free. Georgette deserves 10 stars herself. Thank you for creating the situation

DO NOT COME HERE, if you don't want a massive waste of time. Horrible company, was one of three people then had seven men. I had called ahead to make sure they had everything I needed in stock. Was there over an hour just to be informed that I never stated what I wanted, and they did not have it. Worker that is sexist discounts to the men having to wait. I asked what they can do to me and was told" that it is on me" and it had been my fault. I really do take responsibility for waiting, since I had called and they said they had it!!!! Called the proprietor, all she did was make excuses, and then verbatim told me"well what would you want me to do about it?" Like seriously!?!? Wouldn't you be frustrated waiting over an hour for nothing!!! I'd give this negative stars if I could. If you require anything or a home key, go to the swap meet, they won't screw you over and are faster, cheaper.

For 2 days I tried to locate someone to help fix my panic bar lock. I sat down and said a prayer after which I found Doug and everything changed! Doug is the guy - aka McGyver. He knew exactly what to do and needed the lock fixed at a very reasonable price.

After years of handing out keys and never getting them back from our ex/former workers, we felt it was time to change the locks and re-key our entry door way.
Georgia re-did the gate lock door lock and many side doors and doors and came back to our business in Gardena. She ended up in just a couple of hours and gave us a great price. Hats off to prices and their great service.

They came out since our key has been stolen to rekey a few doorways. She did a great job knobs so nobody could get locked out or in of the garage. We took her advice, it saved us money and was thoughtful how she expressed her solution.
I've used Smith's a few times lately to allow us and we don't have any key. This was after hourshe was also on his method for a reasonable price, had the door opened and there within half an hour.

Georgette is a class act and she's full of personality and grit. She is honest and up front and fast can evaluate all lock problems without criticism. I had a problem with a tenant and she was able to plan an action plan to address all my struggles in an expedient way. She assessed every lock in the property and took time and made sure everything was functional and working correctly before leaving.

I Phoned Smith's in the Day. Not long afterwards, locksmith Doug re-keyed and came a number of locks which we've never had keys for. I asked him if he could also put in a latch on a window. He had a system that worked on his truck, which he installed together with my window. I asked for 2 keys to your re-keyed locks,. He gave me , without a charge. The locks work. It is like magic: you want something somebody comes and contains and does the work in the blink of an eye. Also, the price was right.

My key would not unlock my door. Georgette told me that I had used graphite that resulted in the mechanism and was prompt. The prior locksmith advised me to use graphite. The service charge was very fair. I would recommend this company.

Is huge shout out to Smith's! They were able to create another key and shot my broken car key. We are talking about a 1989 Mitsubishi Gallant. They did it by codeand it functions much better than the original key I'd although they couldn't use the device! I'm very happy and I highly recommend this place!a

Honest and Dependable. Georgette is the very best. She did a wonderful job and replaced my front door lock using a lock immediately. They are only used by will from now on. I went with them.

It was Friday afternoon and I could not lock my office door and I really don't know the region. Yikes! I picked at Smith's because of the fantastic reviews and had to do a small research and their license was exhibited among other things. Wow. . They said that they failed inside the hour to tell me and they'd call me back they were on their way. They sent Doug (who must be their very best guy). He did it and knew what to do. All the while being very professional and courteous. He had been on his way quickly and I don't have to safeguard my office tonight. I will just call Smith's if I have a demand later on. I had the best experience with Georgette. She charged a price and repaired two door locks. A very great woman. Would highly recommend. She is good at what she does.
