I had been in the process of selling my house and we had an Open House. I had my motorcycle parked in the driveway, and somehow misplaced the keys. I discovered the keys missing that Friday, and of course the realtor wanted the bike moved. I called a different locksmith (also found on Yelp) that was not accessible, and he advocated Gerry in Somers Lock & Key. I was pleased to hear that he would have the ability to stop by my house that evening to cut off the wheel lock so it could move and called him up. He clarified why time would be taken by re-keying the ignition/steering lock on this bike, and also how much it'd cost. He also said that when I could get he can make me a new key in a fraction of the price! I had saved the newspapers and found the code that was important. He charged me the higher price and could have easily neglected to notify me of the code, but he is an honest man and wanted to help me out. In this day and age I have found making me somewhat weary in regards to repairs. I will recommend Gerry to anybody that asks for a locksmith!

Said they're available 24hrs but needed a sign on the window saying they are shut and a gate shut to phone to open to get to the door. They came out but didn't invite us into the workplace. Had to wait outside in the heat while they went to check if they even had the key in stock to create the copies. They straight up didn't have one of the keys I had and another two they looked into and ended up have 1 of every kind.

We have had a problem for three decades now -- you needed to pull push it a way to open it. My husband decided to call Jerry at 8am and finally had it with all the door. He mended our door, arrived before 10am, and answered immediately. We couldn't be happier. Jerry, thanks!

Our secret broke off to our car door and we had it towed into the home. For a week it sat there waiting with this guy we contacted 1st to come help us. He acted as he had been a well understand body shop or something to get 120 21, like he was just busy. After contacting 2 businesses not open and also never contacted us back after leaving messages. Our last hotel was keys and Somers lock they were 4 to Google search that they should be #1 to get the whole bay area. Permit me to explain we contacted him that Saturday night at about 6pm as our last hope he answered asked where we lived and got there an hour later and told us this might cost between 140$-180$ desperate we did not care we had to get to work following bumming rides from co workers. It took him nearly two hours to find that tiny piece from the door when I gave up he looks up and says so we offered to get him some water that he 39, I obtained it. YALL we were gone 6 minutes we return he had 2 keys made directly from his company car YALL!!!! Together with the doorway back on all bolts and nuts in they're original stains. Sucks to be that guy who faked on us since we compensated $ more for not giving up or not coming to Jerry 60. Gerry, the owner, is wonderful! I called to ask about his services. I had a door lock replaced and a doorbell. He stated he does use doorbells but promised to take a look upon his birth the next day. He came early, which was fantastic and texted if he was on his way! The door lock was substituted by him easily and he managed to custom match screws to hold it, though the doorbell was tricky! He was able to paste it back together although the button was cracked and broken! The price came in under the quote he quoted over the telephone! You're the best!

Family run and owned from what I had been told by Jerry who helped me, super nice guy and super knowledgable as he has 33 years himself at the buisness for 40 years. What I paid for 3 keys was half of what I had been quoted from the cheapest person around for one key and one of the buisness's around here quoted me 6 times greater. I expect everyone within range of the buisness see's my review if you're searching for a locksmith since there's noone else I would ever go to again!!!

Absolutely AmAzInG!!!!!!!! A key that was Desired made to a 94 year old residence for an original lock. We took it down and pulled the lock out. Jerry had the lock pulled apart, cleaned up, two keys and greased made in less than 10 minutes. What a LIFESAVER!! Thank you!!!!

The day, I must say, Jerry saved. You're so busy trying to receive your child into the car so you lock yourself out of the house and forget your keys! I wasn't going to await my husband. He was 2 hours away and we were already late to a party, and so I felt doubtful we were going to make it. I immediately found Jerry on Yelp. I called him and he said he would come"right now." I was like"wait very?!" I called him he arrived at 1:20pm! Probably before then. Our door was open!! Jerry was super nice, his support was great and we could enjoy the party! I would definitely recommend him.

I want to give a shout out to two providing me with an easy repair and three saving me countless dollars and this business for one.
I contacted Somers Lock & Key because I thought that someone had tampered with my entrance door lock as my house key no longer worked. They asked me what the problem was and I told them that my key will no longer fit in the lock. They stated to me that the weather could have caused the problem and to spray a few. That work. I'd called locksmiths to try and find a quote and they offered me upwards of $49 to $50 bucks to appear and have a look and upwards of $200 to fix or replace.

I picked Somers Lock & Key because of the fact and the Yelp reviews that the company was local. I was not disappointed! I received exceptional customer support! Saturday morning I called and by 3:00 6 locks had been re-keyed at a very fair price and perfectly. Please feel sure to use Somers Lock & Key. I understand I'll use them again!

Jerry responded immediately in short notice and was nothing short of fantastic. Personable, nice, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to take time and do the work correctly. Cost was reasonable - I wanted to pay him . He is highly recommended by me!

As he had been cooking his dinner, jerry responded to my phone. He gave advice concerning the garage door opener which misbehaved and was patient. He arrived for rekeying support and did every thing carefully and with full explanation. A lock part also changed because it wasn't properly installed. Altogether he had been very professional and personable. He took time to tackle all problems. This is the type of neighborhood company which answers exactly the customer needs and situations. I locked myself out my apartment with my son at the home. Fantastic thing I had my phone on me was able to telephone the tech and Somers locksmith showed up in less 2min!! He got me back in my home as 16, when he got to my place. Best service

I had bought a set of jeep wrangler doors so I needed new ones but they came with no keys. This company was less than half of the price of others, after obtaining price quotes from Locksmiths. The Locksmith had the keys that were made for my Jeep doors from American Motors. Excellent service. You can't go wrong. I will tell my friends about the location and returning to him.

Jerry is a life saver! Following the rush to get off family to Black Friday shopping early this morning and the Thanksgiving craziness we ended up with our master bedroom door accidentally locked and we were unfortunately locked out.
