Four stars for the fast service and cost that is fair from Tal. Eliminating one because as a girl it is constantly exhausting and upsetting to be hit on by technicians, and Tal, although not grotesque about it, could not appear to just open the lock had to make"nice jokes" about watching each other again and heading out on a date. When they're in a jam men who make a living homes to help them: please stop doing this to girls.

Wow! Ben called me to check up on the service and found out my displeasure. Then he scheduled to come out and fix whatever was not done right the first time.
The sub contractor also to make a long story short, did not provide service and showed up.
When they were called by me the cost was fair and things look set. I scheduled an appointment the owner, with Ben for another day. Regrettably, Ben had to subcontract the telephone and was out of town.
Ben promptly repair the problem, showed up, said thank you for your organization, and added that he was not going to charge me for anything due to my inconvenience. This is what a five-star company should strive to be. So that I could fix the problem myself, ben gave me a proposal for the future.

I won't be afraid to call Ben When I have another lock problem later on. You should not either.

We needed an expert to assist us with not only rekeying, but also refurbishing an old entrance collection and just bought a craftsman. Danny came to the rescue! He disassembled the lock and found many bits that were broken. He went over and beyond and provided to reconstruct priceless, within our mind, slice and this vintage. The final product works superbly and has more functionality than we'd expected. He was courteous, professional, and best of all friendly! Thanks for the great work!

This company is a life saver! I locked myself outside of my house about 2.5 hours past and known as South Pasadena Lock for aid. The technician who arrived, alex, was very courteous and helpful. He succeeded in getting me back into my home. In order to express my appreciation, I'm writing this review. Iwould do business with this company and'm considering replacing my locks.

Incredibly disappointing service. He explained they would have a tech in my home between 10 and 11. No one showed up. When I called I was given a time of 12.15. At 12.30 I cancelled then since they still had not shown up. I received a call as well as an apology in 12.40, but a little too late. I am patient and would have liked to be kept informed. This was an emergency and I stayed home all day. That is my first ever yelp review. Sad its one.

The tech came out and finished the job on the spot! I was in town to have a peek at a business opportunity and the current owner lost his secret to the storage unit.After a couple minuets-I just chose to call a local locksmith for me . SPL lock got us in with no harm and were there in no time.

Couldn't open a door so we decided to call these guys in for assistance. Came within 25 min and managed to take care of the issue. The guy got the job done although it was a difficult lock. Cost is pretty steep, I paid $95 for my door to get unlocked.
