Their customer service is very nice and I appreciated this. They send an image with a bio when they dispatch a technician and some highlights about the life of the tech . Like nothing that might look to some, but I like to get an idea of who is coming to my home. It only made the trade warmer. The woman that answers the phone is a new breath of air along with her politeness as well as understanding. My sole criticism is that the 3 techs had to come out which I called in; something was discovered by the other tech, although each time that the one before said there was no issue. I feel that they were competent.
The service would not recommend a water filter that is simple to change. Please seek assistance elsewhere you will regret it. No communication service and way overpriced
