He told me he could be in my home at 40 min when I spoke with Steve. And quoted me a price. He arrived and made a key and was able to repair an old key as well. I had been ecstatuc. I strongly recommend Steve Lock Shop to anybody who needs this service. BTW, the local trader said I would have to have my car towed into the dealership for them to have the ability to create me a key!

The absolute worst customer support I've ever seen. We called him this morning to chat about getting a cut for your car. We lost the key, so the problem is already stressful. On the telephone he was thoroughly disrespectful and acted just like the whole thing was an extreme inconvenience to him. We called back to cancel and called someone else to do the work. Steve subsequently got mouthy, called us"stupid idiots" and at the point we were nice and informed Steve that his customer service was dreadful and that he lost our company for it.... Steve decided he was and proceeded to text his closing thoughts:
