Installation for appointment was easy. We scheduled a two hour window. There was difficulty finding parking Lawrence called me, and that he had been kind enough to reschedule a few hours later after rush hour was over.
Lawrence was quite courteous and The install took just 15 minutes.

Therefore, in case you have a direct plumbing need do not rely on these guys to be able to make it out to fix it or even tell you it won't be made by them. They will only leave you hanging.
This isn't a review of their abilities as plumbers as they never made it out to my house. Since our tub drain was clogged I predicted before noon on a Friday. The operator told us there be will a plumber out to resolve the problem and took all our advice.
After waiting in the house for four hours I finally get a call from the plumber saying I could envision something and he was not going to be able to come out. I tried to spell out I couldn't wait and that the drain was clogged but no I would have to wait.
I understand them getting active, not having the time to fix our drain, yet to leave us hanging for four hours on a weekday afternoon without telling us after promising they would that they weren't going to make it? Totally unprofessional and rude. This isn't any way to run a business.

Hire them anytime.
Plumber he never needed lunch! I felt badly.
They came, saw the issue, and went directly to work out of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Two expensive. They charged me $199 to repair the bathroom sink which leaking and was clogged. They unclogged but they left dripping. To stop leaking would be additional $500 for a faucet. Are you kidding me???

Very top quality work. Had an emergency water pipe line bust. Really stressful situation. When Sugar Bear Plumbing team came out they got our problem fixed and had us up and running. Quite straight forward and fair pricing. I highy recommend this company.

Horrible! Disappointed. Sugar Bear Plumbing came out to our house on Friday because we had a shower that wouldn't drain. We showed them our plumbing and Lawrence told us we need all new piping??? WTF??? We called to get a clogged bathtub?? We need new plumbing and its likely to cost $1,700 bucks??? He wouldn't even bother with trying to snake the shower??? WOW what type of plumbing support is this??? Very corporate and only trying to earn commission. Save your money and don't bother calling those guys.

Fast forward to 2014--I got a notice in the same tenant over that they had no water. It wouldn't re-light after several attempts, although I moved over to re-light the pilot lighting. I was fairly sure that it was a issue with the thermocouple, but I wasn't sure. Lawrence affirmed that it was the thermocouple. I mentioned that I wished that I could do it myself but was reluctant since the water heater is one of the types that includes a reasonably inaccessible and totally sealed inner part where the pilot and burner are located.
Fix went.

A little over one of my tenants advised me that there was water leaking out of your hot water heater in their unit. After searching around a little, I purchased a new Rheem 40 gal hot water heater out of Sugar Bear Plumbing and had them perform the removal of the unit and installation of the version. They were professional and considerate, showed up on time and completed a solid installation of a premium quality water heater that I was happy to purchase from them.
Which Lawrence came by, it was raining quite as bit. We were well into the service telephone before I discovered that he had coverings on his boots over so that he would track mud and water into my renter's apartment and investigating the problem.
After discussing it and getting a few hints from Lawrence, I felt convinced that I could make the fix. I asked him how much I should write out the test for the support call and that he said to not worry about itno charge. I couldn't believe it! With the tips/coaching in addition to the confirmed diagnosis, I would have gladly paid the service call fee. He said that he would be operating in the area that day he'd come back over and so if I had any queries or obtained stuck to call him. WOW!

Worst experience possible. The tech Bernadino did not appear. We phoned the owner Lawrence, who proceeded to yell on the phone for no reason at us, claiming he had never heard of us. We all wanted was to receive our sink fixed were calm. Therefore that there was probably something involved that I can likely imagine what that was, we have voicemails from him and Bernadino. He was hostile and I'd think twice before permitting someone like this after with this experience.

Lawrence and his staff have done 3 jobs for us (tankless water heater, new drainage system and powder room). Each the jobs finished in a timely manner were handled and were reasonably priced. I have recommended Sugar Bear for my friends and they too have been fulfilled.

Do your self a favor and telephone Sugar Bear Plumbing first whether you're remodeling, or if any plumbing difficulties arise or repiping.

1045am - He is already there. Checks out the issue, goes on what is incorrect gives estimate. Turns our its just minor corrosion in the couplings. New water heater woman, my bum. He leaves to pick up a few parts.
1000am - telephone heating business. . .lady is convinced the water heater has to be relplaced right away, without so much as seeing the unit She sounds like a biznatch that wishes to make some cash.
1015am - telephone Sugar Bear plumbing. Lawrence says he could be within the hour.
300pm - Topic work place cleaned. Awesome. High quality materials. Made the preceding plumbing seem like some duct tape, 4 straws, and 2 pens.

About an hour ago I sat at a drive through. I followed suit, as the car in front of me pulled forward. Unexpectedly a Sugar Bear van pulls up beside my car and the driver requires me a F-ing Idoit. He took it a step further and sat there staring at me as if he had been completely out of his mind, and seething with anger. I will acknowledge that the area given to pass the driveway through traffic is tight. However, I was in NO WAY impeding his motion, and was completely within the assigned drive . You better believe that I NEVER, and I have not ever used Sugar Bear to get a plumbing issue, EVER will. I wouldn't ever need to have that man in or around. . Beware!! The only reason I gave one star to them is because it took me to do in order to submit this inspection.

If I could Abandon ZERO stars for Sugar Bear Plumbing I would. These men are the worst plumbers out there. My husband and I had an appointment which we reserved with Bernadino. Our appointment was scheduled for Friday at 8am. Regrettably 8am came and went however Sugar Bear Plumbing never showed up. I called the number and Lawrence left on our research and talked! Lawrence proceeded to become upset asserting this appointment was not reserved through him and he had no knowledge. I asked how I would know he had a worker named Bernadino when I hadn't spoken to reserve this appointment. Lawrence proceeded to say I was frustrating him because I was implying his team was booking things ! Strange, because that is what occurred. If you want a plumbing service which does not show up for their appointments, is hostile over the phone if you call to inquire than Sugar Bear Plumbing are your men!

I Heard of Sugar Bear via LivingSocial. I called the. Got a call right away. Told Lawrence concerning the trickle I'd, the location of the"L" joint that needed to be substituted. He arrived, verified replaced, and it doesn't leak. The popcorn ceiling was mended by me and it resembles old as that's exactly what one wants - the ceiling appearing new will look like a patch job has been performed. I have the ceiling blend though the drip never happened. Thx Lawrence for its work.

We wanted a plumber's help quickly and needed a sewer backup on a Sunday morning. We called Sugar Bear's number and the answering support got us in touch. He told us he'd be over in an hourand he had been. He was able to clear the congestion then said he'd love to take a look because he guessed a tree origin was damaging the sewer main. We told him to go ahead, and he had been perfect. He said he can replace the damaged section the very next day, and he did, for a reasonable price.
Lawrence is a nice guy, competent and fully professional. I would highly recommend him.

Sugar keep was found by me . I called sunday morning at 9:30 am and the OWNER was at my home bye 10:30am. He had been in and out in about 30 minutes no hassle, helpful and very kind. My garbage disposal drained into my 1st floor shower drain and the shower filled . My pipe outside was not clogged. He fixed my shower drain and the problem is functioning good. For locating them on 12, In addition, he gave me $25 away. I've worked with a couple of plumbers previously. HIGHLY RECOMMENED!

So that the service was exceptional - we got a brand-new water heater plus a brand-new warranty, and Mic and his partners were extremely respectful of our house (one man even took off his muddy boots so as not to get the dirt all over our floors!) . Even better was that the price - despite the task carrying two days (mainly because the equipment wasn't available right away), the cost to install it was basically the same as it had been when the first water heater was installed 5 decades back.
I suggest Mic to your plumbing needs. He gets the job done as quickly as possible, with a grin and for a price that is reasonable.
Mic was fantastic. About 5 years ago he installed the water heater at our apartment (earlier it had been our flat). It simply broke (with just a couple of months left to the warranty) so we phoned Mic to come fix it. We had no idea it'd be a two day task, for example, replacement of our water heater using a new one! Mic spent a great deal of effort and time diagnosing the problem and then going about fixing it.

I Hunted on Yelp and found Sugar Bear Plumbing. Lawrence put for my dryer , upgraded our toilet and shower fittings, extended my petrol line in a flash water heater, much more and replaced my kitchen aspect. He helped me get into the plumbing state and We'd just moved into our brand new home and gave suggestions. His prices were very reasonable. Lawrence was very patient with my questions. He was able to achieve my husbands request for water pressure and heat in the upstairs bathtub. He was a joy to work with. We are now enjoying our new house! We are going to call on him for any upcoming plumbing.
