Could N't Have Been More Pleased with ServiceWe chose on Sunset West Plumbing to help with with two large jobs, after evaluating many options. One involved the replacement of pressure regulator and the chief line value as well as replacing all of the supply lines from the home and a week after we had Jay and Garret put in a brand new water heater. They delivered as promised at the price they offered - no surprises.

Fantastic service at this company to assist with plugged drain and plumbing issues up. When I called seeking assistance, serviceman was terrific, the team and knowledgable was helpful. They are my go to plumbers today. I won't need to see them for awhile. Thank you sunset West!

Called a bunch of plumbers early on a Tuesday morning due to a leak in my rental unit that needed attention. Until I called sunset west which immediately answered no one answered. They could arrange for a plumber to come. When I had to achieve them to give additional directions for entering the unit to them, they were always offered.
We will consider using sunset west for any of our plumbing issues. But hopefully we won't have any any time soon! Lol. Hahaha. Thanks!
After the plumber has been working there, he also called me every time he wanted to understand if I wanted him to do additional work or had a question. This was loved by me as it enabled me to stay involved and make the choices necessary. The work was done well and timely so far.

I just moved into my home and Narciso at this Business saved on a weekend He was efficient quite nice and neat. They repaired a leaky valve on the toilet.
My sewer line had backed up due to root ingress and years of deferred maintenance. It had been nearly completely blocked. Toilets and showers were unusable.
Then he set a camera down the line to test for damage and to make sure everything was apparent.

Narciso did not give up and worked non stop. It was hard work and they had equipment. He got the years and years of origins and attacked the blockage from the ends and found the sewer lines.

I have had multiple touch-points together with the firm (Jimmy, Junior, Narcisco, Jay) and those guys are badly in the business of not just addressing your practical requirements but really pay attention to customer service. They are always on-time, don't break promises, don't subtract costs, and are actually really nice people. It is going to be hard for me to locate. And I don't say this because let's be honest, the LA market is pretty saturated as it is.

Water was leaking out, so because we've got no shut off for our apparatus, I place a bucket down.
Only a primary for the entire construction.
We are shocked and we obtained their invoice yesterday, the bill was much less than expected after hours weekend call.

These men came out in less than 45 minutes, then shut off the water and replaced the two angle stops.
These guys were fantastic!

The water in my toilet kept dripping and it drove me CRAZY, so a friend told me to hit out to Sunset West Plumbing and they were AWESOME.
Oliver came promptly involving the 1 hour window I had been guaranteed (1 hour, what a wonderfully brief window!) , and worked to take care of the problem. Not just that, he walked through the procedure, explained why I had been having difficulties and gave me tips on the best way to handle a number of those repairs myself later on. Oliver was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, charming and friendly!
I will recommend Sunset West Plumbing to friends and will continue to utilize them for any plumbing needs I have.

Narciso came and fixed my kitchen pipe that was broken.

Sunset West is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! They are fair, effective, pleasant -- Terrific! The only negative reviews are by people who were unable to get an appointment together. I can understand how they could be too busy to take on new clients because as soon as you use them on a job, you won't be pleased with any other plumbing support. And a special thanks to Sharon that, despite being terribly busy, is always nice and does her best to schedule an appointment. Believe the five-star reviews. After twenty years in the home, working with a few downright dishonest, some inept and several plumbers, I am pleased to have discovered Sunset West.

Sunset West Plumbers are absolutely the best! They are through and fast. . . Early in the morning when they found a pipe was spewing water out and they couldn't get it to stop... Well it was noon when I arrived and the the RR's known to say it'd be just another 2 1/2 hours until they got here. . Like bump on them, I was a place will be found by me. . And similar to that flourish I found Sunset West plumbers one hour after they are 30 minutes after that the issue is fixed!!! and here and I spoke to Junior That is what I call excellent customer support... Thank you guys again!

I'd sunset west plumbing fix my bathroom sink that is broken and come to my apartment. I wrote them a check that afternoon and was told I'd receive an invoice/receipt in the email. I've been waiting over a month for a receipt and whenever I call they say they never do and will call back. It is sensitive that I receive an invoice as a result of my rental agreement. Please contact me to arrange sending it.

These guys were extremely hard to get a grasp of. Then when they did appear,while they did a great job of measuring the quote was never supplied by the. Why do all the work and then not quote?

So happy we found Sunset West Plumbing! Jay came out and snaked our laundry line to remove buildup. We will surely use Sunset West Plumbing again!!!

We have utilized Sunset West Plumbing & Rooter twice. They just finished working on a crisis that started just before Thanksgiving. Jay came out, assessed the situation, also identified the origin of the problem... roots from the backyard ancient grape tree. They gave us a estimate that evening. Being a wise shopper, I followed up on other recommended plumbers to supply estimates and paid a flow detection expert to evaluate the situation. Was Sunset West a much better price, however, their assessment of the problem was exactly as the experts.
Meticulous office direction: onsite booking/quote/billing procedures. They are not fast to produce a quote saying what their providers will supply, or if they are likely to use a flat rate. As well as their billing could be erroneous. The team is straight-up honest, so they will honor and fix any errors, it just means you want to work with them a bit more closely than you might expect.
They quickly scheduled a team to perform the job, and were onsite once the Gas company turned the gas back on and came to reevaluate the leaks had been solved.
