Super Plumbing

The owner, luis Rios, is remarkable. He came recommended from the electrician who did a work for us, so I trusted his opinion. The people (Sears) who'd installed our new gas stove installed the wrong kind of link from the wall so we couldn't push it all the way back. (In addition they scraped up the ground when they put it ) Luis putted the stove out on this it would not hurt the ground and laid down a tarp. Turns out the installers hadn't cleaned back there or told me it had to be washed. It was dirty. Luis took it upon himself to wash everything, and I must say Since I wasn't able to get back there , he did a better job than I would have done! He showed me everything, made sure when the gas was back the stove and water heater functioned, installed the proper kind of relationship, and checked for leaks. He totally cleaned up after himself.
As for cost, I really don't have much to compare it with, so I can't say for sure. It appears large ($85/hour). Is that large? To get somebody who cares about the quality of the job , I'll pay extra,'cause you and I know that is increasingly rare.

I wouldn't use a second time to him. He did what he agreed to do, yet I was very disappointed when he ran into complications and his first response was"I dont have a permit to work at the road so you'll have to find another plumber."

Our Noritz tankless hot water heater died. Luiz looked at it came out and gave us our options. As much as we desired to replace the water heater we decided this wasn't the time for that kind of expense. He talked it through with us got on the telephone and ordered the component. All throughout the process Luiz was professional and incredibly useful. I can not recommend these guys any higher.

I called with a plumbing emergency and, though Luis and his guys were reserved for the day, Luis came by on his way home and was able to look after the problem straight away. He delivered his guys over the next morning to put on the finishing touches. They were equally as friendly and nice as Luis. Superplumbing will be recommended by me to friends and my loved ones! Fantastic work at very affordable price. Luis is a honest man who knows his stuff. I must mention that if Luis was leaving I asked him about a problem I have been having with my own washer. He took a look at the washer, made a few adjustments and the washer is good! That is the sort of guy!

I have been using Super Plumbing for years. They've done little to big jobs and I have always been 100% satisfied. Luis is passionate about his work. He's always going the extra mile by doing research and introducing all options that are viable. I cannot urge him and his team enough. I won't call anyone else.

Luis is favorable, there when you want a gentleman, and also him. We had a slab leak, and Luis will remember its difficulties, and this job. He worked with the insurance carrier sped through the process, and backed us up. There simply is no better plumbing support in LA and I am in networking contractors' company, so a reference from me does not come easily.

Luis is reliable and very affordable. When our sewer line backs up, he is used by us twice a year.

As a contractor I've been using Super Plumbing for years and have always been satisfied with their performance. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and able to perform at the standards that I set for all of my subcontractors. I suggest Luis and Super Plumbing quite highly.

Luis and his team are. We own an old home (1927) and needed to replace a lot of the plumbing this year. He also took a generous quantity of time to assess the job and explain his findings. He broke the job into two parts to accomodate our funding. So we were able to make difficult decisions, he educated us about other features of the job and pipe materials. He communicated and updated us about his advancement and the program. In the end, he did a great job and I feel convinced that our plumbing is better than it was. As a side note, our water stress went from weh!
