Great experience from the time I called. Everyone is professional and respectful.
Russ came outside to change our lock and he was knowledgeable and friendly. I strongly recommend this place!

Went in to Sure Lock at 4:30pm. Called about a situation and has been advised to be there by 4:30. Waited in line for 13 minutes. Patiently. As it was my turn, I approached gentleman at desk, explained why I was there at 4:30. He told I was late it's not 4:30 it pm and the gentleman I was to meet had left. Rude!! Very rude. Leaving with nothing more than a come back I decided I will steer others and he just lost a client. Rude customer support!! There are plenty of other locksmiths out there!!!!

After losing too much money to a man who claimed to be uniquely qualified to duplicate my car key, which takes a specific machine to perform, upon recommendation from a long standing business that said they could not but said Sure Lock might be in a position to, I moved by precisely the same day and once made went home to check it out and was excited that it did function. I will go back for more soon and at a price and am quite pleased with their professional service.

We arrived here looking for some help finding a outside of the normal mass-production specs. Every other area we've seen has tried to help us and offered tips up although I understand that most shops are not likely to get oodles.
We are in the midst of a major home renovation rather than of the crappy whatever nasty, omnipresent garbage you can get off the shelf in big-box home improvement store assortment. We're doing something unique which will make provides that are sourcing a challenge.
The guy was rude and laughed . I get that most individuals don't share my design preference but I absolutely no patience for being so overtly mocked at a scenario where I had been planning on spending 4-5x (maybe more) than a normal knob set would price. A person will get my cash but it will definitely never be this location.

Tim out of Sure Lock & Key is awesome! He called to see if he could swing by earlier than anticipated to re-key my doors, which had been a massive time saver for me! He had been knowledgeable friendly and productive. He was kind to my puppy. The pricing is very fair, along with the keys operate easily. What a great find! I got an OEM remote key fob for my own 2013 Buick Enclave on the internet and asked my dealer to plan it (Dave Sinclair Buick by the way), and they refused, saying that their policy isn't to plan anything bought out the dealership. Geeez!!! Anyway, Woodard's BP Amoco advised me to visit Sure Lock & Key after they explained that they did not have the ability. I drove 10 minutes to Sure Lock and the gentleman there was considerate and friendly. He managed to program my remote in less than three minutes. Total price was $40. What a bargain! If they had been ready to plan the remote, $150 would have billed. I will return to Sure Lock & Key for any future demands.

This is precisely what I need at a locksmith. Met every expectation and knew his trade well. I needed a secret made to get a new car. NOT begin the car, just in case I locked my keys in the car, also that I needed a key although ignition keys had chipped. I wanted a chipless key that would unlock my doors but not start my car. The guy behind the counter did that. He did not tell me policy, and did not lecture me about fries. I was happy and left as a client. I'd went to ACE Hardware right up the street and they refused the make the secret. It appears Key and Sure Lock knows how to satisfy a client, and corporate based ACE Hardware does not. This is the reason why we need to keep our"Main Streets" powerful and not necessarily choose the large box corporate powerhouses who dictate what service we are"permitted" to ask.

Set up an appointment for them to come out and I phoned to explain my door/lock scenario. Russ looked in my Yale deadbolts. He said the front door had warped which helped to make the door even more difficult to close correctly, besides simply having a lock. He came back to put in them and had to order locks. Russ did fussing with the hinges so the door closed tighter and it works much better! Not perfect, but pretty great for a door! Russ (is sort of a character and) gave me a few hints to enhance the security entrance and back. I am pleased.

Not only was my car stolen, but my wallet has been attached to the keyring, so that has been gone, also (this wasn't my brightest moment today, okay?!)
Referred by my uncle, that receives his locks to them completed by one of the locksmiths, Russ. They fit me , even though a moment that is packed.
Scene: frigid afternoon #349761043 (it appears ) of this STL Polar Vortex. 0630 while it warms up, I start my vehicle up, retreat back inside to collect my things, reunite out and BOOM, car's gone. Swiped in about 8 minutes.
AJ came out during the time block specified. He was fast, and a kind person and efficient in also making the keys and altering the lock of my door. However, I did not have the full amount of money offered to me personally because. . .MY WALLET WAS STOLEN. A call was made by AJ to his boss, and I guess they took pity on me. I got a very wonderful discount. I believed it was extremely compassionate of them.
Telephone calls, authorities see, charge card shut downs and smeared mascara, claims filing, recorded insurance adjustor statement. Realization that along with my vehicle and my wallet moved my apartment key. Sh*t. Perp understands where I live, obvs.
As a result of this, they have created a loyal customer out of me. These are good people. Hit them up to your lock needs...I only hope your experience will be under better conditions than mine!

Needed some locks re-keyed and was able to take them have it done while waiting. Shop and I made sure to set their number in my phone to call along with key issues and my lock.

But I am glad because I've the place, that they turned me away that I will do business with in the future!
Car key made. Yeah that is right, other locksmiths actually accused me of creating keys to get a car that don't possess... because I stand there with my own automobile title and drivers license in hand (AND my previous key was CLEARLY broken and needed replacing).

I needed a new key cut for my own car; Kevin was very helpful and responsive through email when I had a couple preliminary inquiries and everybody in the store was very nice and useful as well. I also had a couple while I was there extra house keys created.
Very , very reasonable pricing that is professional - I'd recommend them to anybody!

Enjoy a great emergency encounter on a Sunday. He was professional, friendly, more healthy, and a pleasure to work with. He took care of my lock issue quickly, late in the afternoon!

Got here to get a car key duplicated. Sat at the counter for 20 minutes while the man behind the counter and people chatted about locks and Kevin Costner. Never confessed that I even stood there. Came over and replicated my key. Took 1 minute. I was prepared to leave.

This inspection was for services. Russ was super polite on the telephone and in person. From the stage I left the call to the point of birth was approximately 20-30 minutes....right at the period range promised. The quoted rate across the telephone was the final rate charged. $85.00 if you're locked out of your house, this is that you want to call. The door was started in 2 minutes. No effects on the lock.

The locksmith came and did his work. He was really nice and patient in describing security to me. I was concerned with having good locks to stop anybody. He gave a great deal of information which let me determine what is the best for us and educated me as to the security of my house beyond an alarm program to me. Because it was a different sort of lock than the other ones, he clarified that the rear door lock which we did not have a key to was something that they did for themselves. Have a key for it or we needed to replace the lock. So that we can minimize the number of keys we had we decided to replace it.
We knew the men and women who sold our house to us were odd based on many things we found when we moved in, but we have a bit freaked out when one day, soon after going in, I tried to use my key on the rear door and it did not work. What did this mean? They hadn't given us the key to this doorway AND it was different than the one from front door and the garage. What exactly did I do? I predicted Sure Lock & Key stat to get our doors rekeyed all.
The locksmith went to make sure my keys along with the locks locked to my satisfaction. I was satisfied!

Timely, efficient, affordable, fair, knowledgeable, polite, professional. What you need? Highly recommend. 8 locks rekeyed, one drilled, 3 selected. . .all of roughly an hour or so to do the work. Now I just have 2 keys to lose at once next time....haha.

This shop was visited by me in despair 10 minutes. After two failed attempts to copy my keys elsewhere I finally found this place. They were nice and replicated my keys 17, even though they were about to shut. I highly recommend these professionals!

I advised them to replace my locks . They did not schedule enough time to perform the job. They were rude and unaccommodating.

We left the appointment with Kevin and Tom came out to re-key all of our locks (5 doors a few of which had 3 locks on them). The procedure was productive and pleasant. Tom was friendly, professional and on time. He took care of the rekeying in roughly one hour and did a wonderful job.
