Ted Hall Locksmith

They are wonderful! I lost my garage door opener, sometime after moving to my house and shutting the garage door. My garage isn't attached to my residence. There's just 1 way in: the garage door. The key I had been supposed to have to release the lock from the outside, in case of a power outage, was something when I purchased my unit, that I was not given. I phoned Ted Hall, and over two hours they had a locksmith (Tom) on the market. Tom got in, Gave me two keys for this lock, then programmed The extra garage door opener I'd purchased, but managed to plan. Two problems solved!

Missing the keys at U-Haul into our truck and also the folks were not any help. Called 3 or 4 locksmiths and none of them could help. Called ted hall and he explained what he needed, what to do and how much it would be. Saved the afternoon for us! Never written a yelp review. Could not recommend!

We needed to receive our doors re-keyed when my daughter lost her home keys- they answered all my questions and I phoned Ted Hall up, gave me a reasonable price, and could come out and meet me within an hour. The guards were re-keyed in under a half hour. Really Professional locksmiths and I would recommend them!

A full service security solution. They set up security systems and cameras as well as changing locks. They provide central station monitoring. Family owned and run. Dedicated, friendly and very responsive.

Professsional can do attitude. Friendly staff. Equipped store I have ever seen. I had a particular blank for my vehicle. They got it for me. No deposit needed. I look forward to working with those guys. People doing great work.

Similar to other reviewer, we wanted to get the locks changed on our new house and moved to town. Calling to schedule an appointment was easy as they have an actual telephone line directly to reception/scheduling instead of obtaining a personal voicemail (and possibly getting a callback later). They didn't have an appointment that day available, so I scheduled for another day, however they told me they'd call back in case a vacancy opened within their own schedule. Two hours after I got a call that a locksmith would be on site in 20 minutes when I was available, which I was.
I highly suggest Ted Hall Locksmith and are using them in the future for some of my needs.
They could generate the specific number of additional new keys I needed right in the truck so I didn't have to wait patiently (or worse, run to some store someplace to get copies made). In the end of this all, I paid an fair price according to my prior experiences.
And while it might not be everybody's cup of tea, I'd like to understand what's going on with the job being done to have a better grip on it in the future. Tom kept me up to rate throughout each step, showing me what it was that he was doing to accomplish it or telling me exactly what he was operating on.
Sure enough, in less than 20 minutes Tom, our locksmith, showed up. I'm sure anyone who has dread using a stranger show up in their house to fiddle with their safety (and scope out the inside ) understands how irritating finding a dependable and safe locksmith can be. Look Tom was personable, considerate, and professional. He came in a Ted Hall marked van, and he was wearing a Ted Hall shirt that was marked. At no time did I feel uncomfortable about letting him into the house to do the job, and he even spent a couple moments playing with my dog to put the pooch at ease.
Tl;dr - Expert company from first scheduling telephone call down to the locksmith who did the job; friendly employees, marked vehicles and employee outfits for safety, and a fair price for those services - all done efficiently and they were even able to adapt my schedule.

Among the worst experiences I've ever had with a customer. Poor installation of a lock on a panic doorway and then took no responsibility when it neglected weeks afterwards. Everything is the clients fault, they're a horrible company to deal with and unprofessional. Don't anticipate a project

Managed to squeeze me. Of removing 3 locks I needed, took care cut. Afterwords, mended my storm door and corrected my patio door. Can at a very reasonable price and it fast.

We moved to the region and happen to be using a Facebook page for our city to find local companies. Usually, once we request a recommendation we receive a wholesome amount of titles and companies to sort through and find the ideal match. When I asked for recommendations I obtained for Ted Hall over 60 votes. It's no wonder that they have such a cult following and so, they were called by us naturally, they are awesome. After having a deadbolt at a price that was reasonable, tom left our house and it was a nice experience. It was like we had invited a friend over to help us Tom had our lock thing on as Saturday morning and was friendly, happy, effective! Whenever asked to get a lock smith recommendation going forward I will only suggest Ted Hall! What a fantastic experience at a reasonable price! Thank you Tom!
