He immediately assessed the situation and got to work when the plumber came out. He had been done and assessed my faucet . I was extremely impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of plumbing. He advised me on what water to utilize to minimize sewage charges.
I've had a faucet for probably the better part of 3 years. It had been gradually getting worse and hard to turn off. Finally I decided to turn to Yelp and shipped out quotation requests to about 5 plumbers, one Teles.
Teles was fast and courteous in their communication with me. I believed their quotation was fair in that it lined up with other firms quotes. The deal maker was that they were able to come out same day to perform the repair and it had been a holiday!

Arsenio has 5 stars and 23 reviews and I understand why. He had been at my home the morning after I sent out my request. He showed up on time and got to work. Since the problem started it's been less and it fixed. Will be using Arsenio as my'go to' plumber.
Our toilet leaked and I place out a request . I reached out to five places, a number of them wanted me to wait for 3 days before they could come just to give me a quotation.

Based on other reviews, I decided to go with Teles Plumbing for a toilet drip/leak in my condo. Arsenio came the exact same day was quickly to reply to my inquiry, and needed all the tools and parts to do the job through precisely the appointment. Issue was solved, and he was patient friendly, efficient, and effective. I strongly recommend!

I am downright fearful and extremely weary of pipes. It's sad that because all pay. But behold Teles Plumbing!! After a great deal of prayer, I put everything to God, and also lots of exploring, and Yelp reviews, we found Mr. Arsenio Teles. I explained, upstairs bathroom leaked into our dining area, had been told it was wax seal changed, the toilet, but because then the leaking hadn't stopped.

He was considerate, focused, clarified potential scenarios of what could be causing the issues but went farther and found the specific problem. And men, this is the kicker, he stated,"it is a simple fix, if you want to repair it yourself or some else do it because I will charge $". Come on, if have you ever noticed a plumber state that!! He did we told him to please fix it and noticed something in our toilet and he fixed that. He answered them and we had some questions about whole house water heaters offered reading material.

Excellent service, in fact came out into the house. Found and resolved the issue easily. Patched up. Definitely recommend.

Like many other's have said, all positive reviews you see roughly Arsenio are 100% true. I have dealt with plumbers or didn't fulfill expectations to diagnose and fix problems for a sensible price, but Teles Plumbing differs. I called in the afternoon and that he had been at my home for a non emergency difficulty in just two hours. . .that's right two hours. Then he accurately and quickly diagnosed our difficulty and fixed it. To top it all off he had been extremely professional and kind. I could not ask for much more in some other service professional or a plumber. Do yourself a favor and telephone Teles Plumbing today in case you have any plumbing problems. You won't regret it!

I called about a problem with two unique showers on a Saturday Morning. He came within an hour appeared at both and managed to finish one and gave us an estimate for the other which would be a longer task scheduling for 2 days later (Monday). He was quite reasonable, a man and ensured his work. We noticed leaked after he left. We predicted and he returned when he can (in 2 hours) and fixed the issue with no further cost us. It was the brand was faulty.
He also offered to finish the job that was other since he was here. Quality service with a grin!!! Will be recommending him to all of my friends.

A recommendation & work.
Arsenio was contacted by me during this Yelp program and he replied. I explained everything I found wrong in an leaky spicket replaced and my desire to have all of the water valves inside the home and my recently purchased rental unit. I guessed on account of the amount of work demanded he'd come to get a quote and we'd schedule a future appointment date to get it all done, but to my surprise Arsenio told me he could knock out it today when I wanted to. . .which I agreed to! I cannot stress enough how professional Arsenio would be to his trade. You won't find another plumber better than Arsenio. I can't think he did all that work I initially contacted him to get a quote!

What honesty...I will use him again in a heartbeat. Glad there is somebody who knows the way to do business!
I obtained such prompt service and called. He came out and afterwards affirming that which we thought was the problem that he went on to say that it needed service which he didn't offer, and that there would be no charge. I have called and somebody was advocated by him and scheduled.

The plumber was comprehensive, prompt, and professional. He managed to look after my problem and make certain the garbage disposal was working properly and there were no leaks upon finishing. I would strongly recommend this organization and I would definitely use this company again for issues or any plumbing difficulties.

Great services! He was prompt at replying me, gave me fast quotes, came into my house and fixed my garbage disposal and swapped out two bathrooms for brand new ones. He was so clean and quiet the whole time my baby had a nap while he worked adjacent to us in the bathroom! This is a superb firm. I would recommend to anybody who has plumbing needs!!

Arsenio was fantastic, He dove into the work and showed up on time. He replaced a valve not a part of their initial work since it was faulty and made went back and was done. Should I need a plumber I am extremely happy with the job and could hire Arsenio.

Arsenio got me out problem with the Mrs. wirh a plumbing leak that has been going to a third week this weekend. Had another plumber from a well thought it could be fixed by him, but did not and know Central Florida firm look at it. He responded to my posted Yelp quote within 10 minutes of my petition. Time frames were included by his availability and arrived that afternoon. Arsenio was really polite, honest, and diligent. A test conducted in my hot water heater, and repaired more than I was even aware needed fixing. Mostly, Arsenio was a fantastic conversationalist, and explained everything he was performing in a way I could understand. I cannot recommend Arsenio enough, and'm comfortable knowing I have a plumber for any of my needs in the future!

Aresenio was quite effective. He replied to my YELP response very quickly and he had been out to our house the same day. He was able to make it function although I wound up buying a faucet. He made sure he kept me as he labored and was quite knowledgeable! I would recommend and be using for the long run!
