Well, first week at my house and that I locked out my self! Thank you for a neighbor who found this ceremony (random) for me. I had been given a quote and it seemed fair. It tried 3 different procedures, took them nearly 45 minutes and finally open this lock. The crew is professional and knowledge and clarified the process before they proceed. The last bill was more than I expected and it's fair.

These guys are great. Our key was locked by us and needed to get it open ASAP. They came within a half an hour, tried to pick first (as it's less expensive), but that stubborn lock would not budge. So they ended up having to drill. Still an excellent deal! We would use them again! Thank you Richard!
