Steve C is the craftsmen I have had the pleasure of getting had do work within my home. I had a gorgeous chair rail that had partially went through my residence. Steve continued it and replicated the railroad flawlessly and milled. He made it seem seamless and was able to produce turns that are tough with the railing. Not only was that the work done in good time. He is recommended by me.

Steve tinkered with my lock, attempting to salvage pieces and parts and came to my house. He reached the decision that I indeed needed a lock. He walked up to my neighborhood hardware store and purchased a lock which I approved of. He installed my lock in just under an hour. He even took a look at my next floor doors and fixed several things.
Steve is an honest businessman that takes his clinic seriously and respects the time (and wallet) of his clients.
$150 later and I've an adjusted deadbolt for my next floor along with a brand new lock in my security door. Steve was expedient, efficient and honest. He is the type of small business.
I submitted a quotation that I was given concerning the installation of a new lock on a security door for my home. To make a lengthy story short I called a locksmith, was locked inside my house and obtained a quotation for him to repair the matter.
I strongly recommend Steve for almost any household repairs or enhancements.
Steve was careful to clarify that he lied to and woodwork however he felt dreadful I was being whined and does not do these kinds of small jobs because he specializes in big home repairs he felt forced to respond. He was clear that he not tried to'steal' work from anyone else but honestly felt bad for me. I am glad I'm glad that I called him and he did respond.
Steve was kind enough to not just respond to let me understand that this quotation was astronomically large and that I was being taken advantage of but he also offered to come and have a look at the issue FOR FREE and consult me about what my next steps should be.

He's knowledgeable about carpentry, but he's temperamental.
He knew his craftso we gave Steve a deposit and were placed on the waiting list. Weeks after we obtained an e-mail he wished to start the day, without a warning. I asked him to wait for 24 hours. I had been awaiting the Landmark's permit that I was told was in the mail. He sent an e-mail we had been moved down the list of how a lot more months it would be with no idea. We chose to not go as the builder with him. He sent a email we had probably found a lot cheaper - not true - and tore the bank check up before mailing it again and putting it into an envelope.
The appointment he left with us he had been two hours late because he decided to stop and have dinner. Not a telephone or an e-mail to inform us.
