Titan Plumbing Repair

I own a Remodeling company and a Property Management. I've been utilizing Titan Plumbing for nearly 5 years and I could not be happier. Aaron (Owner) runs a tight ship. He is making sure that the client is satisfied before they leave a job website and is very knowledgeable. I must admit they are not the plumbing company out there but they are among the best for sure! It is possible to attempt to save a dollar or two with a business that is cheaper however, you will end up regretting it afterwards and paying. Guaranteed! Trust Aaron and his group. I guarantee you will not be sorry!

Reviews should reflect honest and objective opinions of adventures, and this one does just that, although I am saddened to have to write this review.
I am convinced as a small business can get overwhelmed, especially during holidays and Titan does good work. But, follow and basic communication can not be ignored. I am hoping Aaron will provide the quote as promised. I will let you know if he does.
Aaron did a comprehensive assessment of the work needed glancing at another access point at my petition. Given the vacation period I waited a few times (12/28) to contact Titan, after I did not receive the quote. Aaron promised to get the quote to me on the weekend (12/30 - 12/31). No quote. After not getting the quote I waited until 1/2 to reach out. Aaron indicated he had but promised to get me that the quote by the day. It is now the next day and while I got a email requesting me to write"a nice review," I still have no quote, nor any contact when I should expect one.
Aaron came out into the home two hours, on the 26th . I am fine with the lateness but might expect a call.
A little to my surprise that I was provided a consultation for 12/22. Titan was a no call for the appointment. At 11:23 pm that night I received an automatic text. There's a $75 quote fee, which is completely expected and honest.

Once we found that our shower enclosure was leaking water to the condo underneath 21, I called Aaron with Titan Plumbing. Just to him on the phone gave me assurance. He dispatched a group to my house and within sequence had all repaired and prepared for my tile man to come in behind them. I was impressed with Titan's highest levels of professionalism, efficiency, expertise, and communication. The cost of this work was in accordance with the nature of the work. Titan has my highest recommendation!!

I had been for a condo in a location I have never been. As he had been in his car about to go to another unit, I flagged down Jose out of Titan pipes. He graciously gave me a quote and did an wonderful job. I never depart reviews but Titan is honest, and warrants an wonderful review.

I was super pleased with the services of Solomon and Edwin and afterwards got professional and a quick response. They did some work shutting off the outlines and running some new kitchen lines the"right" manner, to get a kitchen remodeling job. Returned to connect with newest lines, then taps and sink. I would use them again and would strongly recommend them. Another builders working on the kitchen remodeling commented on their job.

We called and they came (including the owner!!) , they were very hands on, and solved the issue in the moment.
At 10PM I realized that my sink filled up by itself with greasy warm water. I was not using any therefore it needed to come from somewhere else.

I've used Titan twice. The two times the customer support was outstanding, the price was quoted, and they morning calls and verification texts prior to birth. I would strongly recommend them! P.S. their pricing is untouchable.

Going Beyond and above doesn't Start to describe my experience with Aaron, Andres and the guys. I have had some difficulties with the main drain line resulting in the city sewer. The main system from ficus and a large oak tree had occupied the line and caused setups. I shopped around and found Titan to be right in the ball park of those other companies in town. They gave me a deal on the spot were outside the day to appraise and gave me a good feeling they were honest, hard working people anxious to help solve my problem. They showed up on time, worked from 9am to 3am the day and 9am to 10pm the moment. They finished ahead of when promised and the owner was here himself becoming dirty and making things happen. The degree of communication was superb and I had been updated on the status with texts, pictures and telephone calls. They removed, awakened and replaced 65' of drain pipe in two days! There's only one plumber I recommend with confidence and would call again. Titan pipes.
