Contacted Tony's for a small home secure (AMSEC) I had obtained but no combo. Rally kindly directed me, listened to some situation and answered the telephone. After a couple of attempts over the telephone. He had me removed the secure door, (did not know you could) and walk into the shop. 24hrs. Later at a reasonable price it had a combo that is new and I had a secure that is functioning. He made it simple. Customer experience.

Really friendly service. I had an outdated digital gate and they discovered and installed a new part. Works great now. Home Depot And Lowe's could not make a replacement key for me and Tony's did. Go.
We've used Tony's for the re-keying of our building and a few jobs in our office. Alway professional, always on time and they just get the job done right!
They set a 2-hour window and Eric arrived over the time slot. He worked on getting us new keys and locks created. A lock was that appeared damaged but Eric added some lubricant and it worked like new.
Good suggestion from among their locksmiths: if you are getting work done on your place (such as: building ), then get re-keying done afterwards since some people will simply give their spare secret to contractors while performing errands or working.
Saw the Locksmith's van in a building they had been re-keying some cupboard locks of a Tony. When I called for an estimate, they were happy to explain time length of the work, the price, and once the locksmith would arrive.
These individuals are great. They know what they're doing. They're flexible once you've got an emergency. Encourage them.
Since they're the best in Orange County I called Tony's Locksmith. My customers had a la cantina door which has been giving them problems, so I phoned and Eric came out the next morning. He is individual, amazing and helpful. He explained how to open, shut and lock the sites the best way shared his experiences with them and possible. He discovered no difficulty, so I wasn't charged by him . What amazing customer service. I cannot thank Tony's and Eric enough. We will be using them for locked closets safes and much more. Five stars all of the way!!

Just moved into a place that was new and desired it re-keyed. Was referred to Tony's Locksmith and can see . They provided an estimate and so were additional clear up front so there could be surprise charges - and their estimate was affordable. My tech"Haddock" called beforehand to let me know he was en route, and then he arrived just on time. He was effective, comprehensive, friendly, and professional. If I ever want another locksmith - I will most likely be a customer for life. I will be advocating the locksmith to relatives and friends of Tony in the region and also thanking my broker for the solid recommendation that directed me at the first place .
Offered $450. That just did not seem right. So I checked for another locksmith in Yelp. This time I called Tony's. The individual I talked with suggested I email them some images. Tony's managed to tell where to get components and me the make of the lock. Due to Tony's tip I was able to correct the lock myself! Since I understand they are honest and fair, from today on Tony's are my call.
I used them to change locks on all of my bank since I specialized on bank properties owned homes. They are very professional, outstanding jobs amount.
If you need to modify locks in your 14, I can highly recommend them.
Really the only people. Stay away from the advertisement in Google. They're in in San Clemente. Tony's is the way to go if you want it done right the first time.

Last week I was hours away and heard from people the door lock had literally fallen out in pieces on the floor - and they could not just not get into the house but could not retrieve the key, which had become stuck in the mechanism!

Mike (from Tony's Locksmith) was our locksmith and the guy knows his stuff and we had an amazing experience working with him. He was friendly with me, my wife and our puppies. He offered choices which allowed us to make better educated decisions. The workplace picked up the phone when I called and their price was very honest. They were upfront about the cost breakdown when I called them to schedule, so there was not anything surprising once we got the bill. I definitely recommend giving them a telephone for locksmith needs.
Mike Haddock was amazing! My Sentry Safe opened and made me two keys to get an unbeatable price of $49. (I phoned 10 other local locksmiths to compare quotes and has been quoted up to $150) Along with that I would like to commend him for his professionalism, quality of work, and rate. (I was in the store for under 25 minutes)
The guys at Tony's are miracle workers! The doorway was twisted off at by my house key. Fortunately, I was able to find the piece and took the two bits to Tony's. They made me the key to get me into my house! Thanks for not making fun of me and for the friendly and speedy service!
Eric came out to our house to correct the front door . He was very professional and considerate. Not only did he have patience to wait for me to return home after picking my daughter up from school, but he had been so patient as my kid talked his ear off because he walked and walked and listened to her read a little book to him.
