200$ to alter a level 1.5 miles away from their store. I have been towed for more economical. Once I enter the range or faster my tire is rattling. Way too expensive for a tire change that wasn't even done correctly. Price was lower than what the driver quoted, and it took a while to respond.

Bait and switch on price. Just like all the other reviews state.
Quoted 80 charged 230

I told I motorist could be there between one hour and 40 minutes and was quoted $75 after calling one morning. After twenty minutes and an hour, I was told that someone was in their way. Since the time period had shifted, I requested to reschedule, with no fee and I was expected to teach classes. Got a verbal agreement for this - then the next morning, at the appointed time, no one was present. I was told I did not answer and had gotten, so there was an additional $40 service charge. I cancelled all serviced (still being charged for the hassle of making the calls, seemingly?) And proceeded with Bullet Towing. Never again. Also, the condescending tone? An additional crap cherry.

Same experience as some others. Quoted a cost of $65 and $3 a mile with initial 10 miles free. The driver said it'd be $150. $69-90 over the quotation.
They do not quote you a tow, so they estimate one to come out... Presumably as though they would repair your car without towing. The tow is additional. . Also they get your own card and charge it. Pretty sweet holiday right?

Experience as others. Qouted a price of $85 plus $3 a mile with initial 10 mph. I was told by the driver it'd be 220. $90 over the qoute.

I must have read the reviews. I reinstalled the Yelp app JUST to post this review. That is ho BAD. They boasted"upfront and honest pricing" together with the relaxation of"no hidden fees." Nevertheless SOMEHOW, I was quoted $79.99 on the phone, and their site showed pricing as $59 for the service call, $35-75 for its fundamental tow, and $3 per mile. We hammered it 2.7 milesper hour I was quoted 30 minutes for arrival and a guy who spoke no English showed up AN HOUR AND A HALF Later (of course, following my originally chosen mechanic was now closed), with no arrival phone call like I was advised. They followed that by trying to charge me $214 for 2.7 miles. ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST AND ABSURD. The representative on the phone could not even tell me the difference between the $35 tow fee and the $75 tow fee, he just said"I don't know." He spoke me down to $174, which is STILL MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THEIR"HONEST AND UPFRONT PRICING CHARGE" YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE ON THEIR SITE. Tower beware. Telephone Pep Boys if you want something and combine their club. I was upset with myself for selecting this HORRIBLY DISHONEST towing company because they had been the very first Google result. WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY THE EXPERIENCE WAS SO POOR.

If you're in a bind and need a tow truck find somebody else! I waited 2.5 hours for a tow truck. After each 30 minutes I phoned and the motorist was"10 minutes off". No wonder how these guys are still in business when I'm seeing the same exact reviews. It is hard once you're put in a situation. :(

50$ to the service call, he billed me 55$
The driver said he'd correct the 30$ variation being billed the amoung. Never call them not priced, and they will charge you for items?
65$ to your own tow for 10 milesper hour That was correct
18 mile trip
8 miles over at 3$ per mile, he explained 10 miles over, but charged me 60$ (Really?)
Desired my automobile moved to north austin. I was quoted a max of 125$ and ended up paying 240$!!!!! Totally screwed me and I'm dealing with this since the driver overcharged.
60$ with using skates to get my back wheel drive automobile for special gear, which he asked if I was ok? That is for front wheel total BS.

It took them 2.5 hours to send out someone to me. Within an hour after my call I had been contacted they would send another person out to assist me. Until they arrive, the individual took 40 minutes. I had been charged what I had been quoted. This is a telephone service rather than a real brick and mortar enterprise. I don't recommend using them.

DO NOT USE! Complete ripoff! If squeezed under 10 miles, I was quoted no charge and $65 . When to truck arrived the towing price was $180! I refused to pay $180 for a 5 mile tow, and was charges a $65"service fee". Don't use this service!

At the end of the tow driver fees than the quote. When questioned the price 25 instantly drops. Uh huh.
Steer clear!
Terrible experience. Needed a tow and has been quoted a specific price range based on start place and stop place. Was told motorist would be here in 30 minutes. Driver said that he had been 30 to 45 minutes out and called after 25 minutes. An hour later he's still not there. 45 minutes motorist calls, is tricky to comprehend but we can't be found by him. He's not making a lot of sense. We give the address to him. He says he will put it. . .gee there's a good idea. The office calls. . .the motorist is at the incorrect address. . .he's coming to the ideal address. 30 minutes after that he reveals. Not a fantastic start.
Rude people, rip off pricing and no integrity.

My car died at Lamar and 6th and I called these guys make them popped up first on Google. The man who answered the phone "something something police something can not help you" and then hung up before I could ask what he said. They picked up the phone and called back and wrapped it. Worthless!

Overview:- The driver, who's not a worker of Towing Austin Pros, explained that I was able to reach out directly to motorists later on for the very best cost.
The company dispatched by Towing Austin Pros got my car safely to its destination, however I finished feeling misled on pricing and will never use this service . The coming time took two as long as anticipated and the range of pricing is misleading. Assume you'll be charged the highest amount in the range.
- The coming of the firm they dispatched shot about an hour after my call despite their warranty "We also promise our coming within 30 minutes of your distress call."
- I was told the driver would determine the purchase price of the tow at the assortment of $90 to $120 based on the services. The driver's firm told the driver to control the full $120 without visiting the vehicle where it went or understanding.

Details:
On phoning Towing Austin Pros, I was told that upon giving Towing Austin Pros my credit that I had consented to the -$120 range of pricing. I was led to believe that this range's $90 facet was potential based on how much work the driver needed to do, although That's technically true.

I called at about 8am and instantly received help. The reception on the telephone handled the situation with care and the utmost respect. Very professional and would fully recommend if you need a tow!

Prompt, courteous. Not the towing service, although I was not too choosy on that reimburses up to $120. It was $30 more than that, though! Trustworthy people, I have great things to say about the support aside from that.

Bait and change if I've ever seen it.... I had been quoted $125 service call after which a $65 tow fee with 8 miles included. Seemed extremely high but I was not in a position. After the driver completed the paperwork, then it was a $95 fee, plus a $50"highway fee" when I was simply sitting on a road, nothing near a highway. In addition, he tried to bill me $12 for the 4 miles he drovebut ultimately agreed to remove the $12. I would not recommend calling this provider.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I called to get a quote and Chris explained that there was a fee for the support of $55 and a towing fee selection of $35-65. I asked what the range was predicated on and Chris explained that it had been based on the simplicity where the automobile could be loaded and unloaded due to the car's harm and the place in. My car needed a dead engine. No harm to body or the wheels. I phoned ahead to be sure the car was parked at a place where it could be retrieved easily. It had been. Following my car was picked up by the tow truck I called and the guy at the store said that it was an easy load. He had been in and out in only a few minutes. When the tow truck came to my house, he managed to unload the car right into my driveway readily. When I went to pay, I was being charged the high end of the range I had been given by him. When I asked the driver that was, he told me that was what he had been told to do. I had been told that Chris was unable to speak to me and I phoned Towing Austin Guru's back personally and then berated on the phone telling me that I had no reason to assert because that was the price I was quoted by another guy. When I asked him what would qualify a tow to rank in the end of the fee, or anything but the maximum level, he just insulted me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the moment I had been connected and began to talk, he hung me up. The motorist, Marvin, was nice enough to knock $10 after seeing this. But he works for Abba towing, in order that has no bearing on how bad Towing Austin Pro's are in business and client support. These guys are crooks. I did everything I could do in order to make sure the pick up and drop off went and once I asked why they give a range I had been told that some people do get billed the end of the fee. I guess they just thought that I had been a woman that should need to pay the maximum amount no matter what.

Was polite. Declined my charge card. Gave me time quotes that were untrue. 30 minutes was 1hr. Subsequently 1 hr became two. It is currently 10:30. I have been waiting since 8:50 for a 30 minutes off dude to come fix my bicycle. The individual that came to repair my car was rude. He gave me some more garbage eta"oh I am two minutes off". 10 minutes after I call and he says"oh I am currently 5 minutes off". A lot of unprofessional service industry punks. Then don't work if you hate your job.

I bet its run by a bunch. They quote ridiculous prices and are rude. 1st call the guy quoted me $55 for the service call, after he was rude and hung up on me I called (BIG MISTAKE) 2nd guy name Marlo quoted me $125 for the service call and wouldnt tell me exactly what the break down for the cost was! Its like they say" Oh I dont feel like doing this tow, Ill simply charge alot so that they wont hire." . WTF!! Why dont we just start making up prices to screw everyone over!!

Though not the cheapest to get a 22 mile tow, the customer support was excellent. The tow truck came following the phone call in a brief 15-20 minutes. Excellent communication throughout the event. Friendly and bilingual driver. Very speedy delivery to the destination as well. In the end speedy service, simplicity and the experience was worth the investment.
