Tracy Lock & Safe

I had a secret to a showcase. Went everywhere, they advised me I had been there 15 min and he worked his magic. Made one happy client and my crucial. Great company!!!!

I'm not sure how many times You Need to call a business and remind them to send a technician to your house but these guys never Return to me every time I'd say hey are you going to have Someone come by they suggested oh we'll be on it right away or I will push this to the Technician ASAP here I am a few days after no Display up no call back I no longer need their Solutions I found somebody else but I Still could Not imagine if I Had Been locked out of the house or something it'd be a nightmare

They drive like crap, me cut off over a yellowlined turn lane that was triple that the suv is plastered in their logo. I hope that they make keys afterward they drive

Called yesterday couldn't come out but made an apt to come between 3 and 1 predicted in 245 to affirm and they said it could not be made by the. I took off work. Telephone call would have been nice

Beware of hidden fees.
We had a lock which was sticking in our General Store at Redbridge. We called this company and they said they could be out the same day between 4 and 6PM. That sounded great but they didn't call or show to reschedule. Next day we called and they said they would try and make it out today. They fixed the lock and did appear.
We will not do business with this company again.
A few weeks later we get the bill and it's for $190.00 which was $110.00 hourly fee and $80.00 for a trip cost. We are less than 4 miles from their downtown location. I figured there was a mistake, and so I asked our Property Manager to explain. She said that is what they charge and we are stuck with the fees. I looked on their website and they don't mention any pricing. This is because you charge whatever they can get away with and that's probably why they get terrible reviews.

The locksmith managed to cut a secret from a I purchased online. It is a Honda motorcycle crucial, 3D for want of a better description. . Their was a locksmith in Stockton that had the"special machine", but would not cut it since it was not one of their blanks.

Only went in on my lunch to some key made and Dan (or neglect ) really took care of me. Fantastic customer service and very professional. He went beyond and above on our requirements and exceeded my expectations. This is what keeps clients coming back.

I had the pleasure of meeting Russ this day as I needed a method back in and had locked myself out. Russ over provided that and actually saved me some money without needing to go to extreme measures (drilling) to provide re-entry. I would recommend you request his services if he's available. Job that was best realized!'

BEWARE!
Since our safe would not open, we predicted out Tracy Lock and Safe. They stated it would have to be drilled and they'd have to come to our home to do that even though it is a safe. For this, it would be $225.
He awakened with the handle and managed to open the safe with no 21, After the guy got here. It literally took 10 mins to him if that. For he charged us. While he did not have to drill the safe. Then he explained that last week he had an older couple that had a trunk opened and they waited for him at the heat for two hours and then he opened it with the key and charged them $350. He also told the story as though he had been proud of ripping them off.

In five minutes I have the battery replaced, I learned how to do it myself, and it only cost ten bucks-including my buying a spare batterylife.
Quick affordable.
My car suddenly had a warning -"Change The Key Battery"-I had been afraid I'd have a car I could not get into late tonight. So I do not know the auto dealer or the locksmiths I don't reside in Tracy. I tried Tracy Lock & Safe. They weren't acquainted with my specific"key"- actually a keyless remote. However, they indicated how I could open it to swap battery. They did not wish to risk damaging the distant.
With their coaching the distant opened. They had a replacement battery in stock, and they slipped in the battery - if I did it myself I would have busted the battery clips.

Horrible service! I did receive solutions! I scheduled 3 days ahead of time, they rescheduled me twice. . And stood me up on the next reschedule!! Had me all day until 8 pm! No telephone. . No show. . No answer or reply once I called!

Do not go here. Made a copy of my key for my vehicle. But he awakened and that I payed $70 bucks!! That crazy to earn a copy of my car key. Anyways I return ask for a refund the old man starts yelling at me saying"he did his job" but the key won't turn on my vehicle. My refund was denied by him and said it is my fault since I didn't buy the primary there. Keep in mind I'm 16 years old, and this old man began yelling at me saying I tried to rip him? Never moving here again. Everythings way overpriced and the employees are rude.

First time at Tracy Lock and Safe... I was a little apprehensive because of a few of the reviews...I went in anyway to have an old key made. . .The young guy in there was very helpful..He couldn't find the key I needed because the company didn't possess it but he motified one and advised me to test it if it didn't work I'd get my cash. . .He did a fantastic job along with the key functioned....Thank you.

Was given bum information. Showed up to make a insect buy (~2k) and they did not have the stock on hand since they had stated. Not able to answer questions that they are a licensed dealer for. Do NOT recommend.

Disappointing experience. Went to shop and purchased a lock and it was faulty. I called to learn what to do. They sent a technician who came out. I assumed he was making a courtesy call because of part that was broken. He saw lock wasn't working and pulled a replacement part and installed it, but quantity because their lock was faulty charged all wasn't given a quote for the job and surprised me. I suppose poor communication.

Inferior support. We were told a technician would be able to come to us and we all waited two hours and no one had shown up still. The technician sent us a text message saying he was running late since the last job was taking longer then expected, but when we originally talked to him he said he was on his way. 30 min later we were still waiting, although he stated he'd be there in 10-15 min, after waiting 45 min. Called the dispatch number and the woman was very rude they while attempting to find another locksmith we predicted a number which took us to their office and have numbers. A manager answered so we continued nd still no one showed up, this time assuring someone would be there in 5 min. They also told me the key was cut which worries me that a key to my car is currently floating about. I would never use their solutions
