Can't say enough about the service we received from Jaren. He had been quick to react to our petition for a quotation. We scheduled an appt to come assess the door locks we all had mended and that he was right now.
A few days later he called back & let us know he spoke to Anderson door company and our doorways were under warranty and he had ordered our parts!
We were that he went thru all the extra legwork to attempt and help us out & keep down prices. Discuss going over & over. We'd urge Jaren . He was great & our locks / doors are in excellent condition.

The parts would have to be ordered he let us know that he would do a little research about the locks and get back to us with pricing, When it had been decided. We've are quite expensive when he got back to us that he had been upfront letting us know that locks that are particular to the Anderson doorways. He asked for further information on our doorways.

Jerren came out to fix my safe in my car. This guy is considerate, knowledgeable, dependable, and punctually. Can't ask with that. He is amazing, if you ever require this man is always used by a locksmith and I can't stress that enough.

Even better, the afternoon prior to the nation was left by my boyfriend he was able to crack the lock front door. Jerren was messaged by me on a Friday night at 10 o'clock and he responded the next morning saying he would be by on Monday.

So that I would need to go buy another one the lock I purchased was defective. I told him I would call to have the new one. He said he would come back the same day so that I wouldn't have to go the weekend using a lock. He came back and set up on the lock and it functions. He is very professional and considerate and moves out of his way to be useful. I'm so glad that I do not have to worry about being in a home. We're so happy that we are naming our kid.

Just purchased a home that we had the locks changed. Went onto yelp to have a quote. He was many useful and the first to react. He was on time and fast. We found out one of the doorknobs were broken. He also went and got a brand new one for all cost and us! I would recommend them and use them again.

I moved into a new home and had a fresh front-door lock having front-door and the garage door keyed alike as well as set up. Jerren showed up in the scheduled time. He installed the lock has been a perfectionist about it and set. Seriously, he corrected the front handle before it was perfectly placed on the doorway. He left me additional copies of the keys and piled the garage. Along with this, he took the time to show me how a kwikset smartkey worked. Who takes the time?
