There is A that I trust a big thing. A locksmith that I trust and count on for service is a very big thing. They've re keyed my home when I moved, installed safety doors and locks, remade keys, and assisted when I secured a key from the trunk. Professional. Polite.

I got a call in 657 area code that's likely Santa Ana area. Great. He said he could meet with me. From the time I hung up he said 30 minutes. I arrived at the storage device and at the 45 minute mark, I had to call him. He said,"there's traffic and I'm 10 minutes off." To begin with, there is no traffic at 1:30 p.m. on the majority of the freeways at OC where he'd have been. I took this to imply I would be awaiting 25 additional minutes. meaning. I told him never mind, I'm leaving. I called dispatch to complain about both days.
It is sad to see things haven't changed since the very first man posted.
Had a call from a man in Agoura Hills who said he could not match for hours and then gave me the only time slot and called Friday August 19th that I told him was bad for me. Not the most professional man but you'd believe their contractors would be coached to be a little better at customer support. I doubt he was, although he said he was in the area.
I explained I had another appointment.
His reply:"Okay man take a chill pill it's not the end of the planet." Followed by"How about I get it done for $50"
"Okay do not forget about the three hour wait " (which tells me that the dispatch told him about my complaint about yesterday's other man and they screwed up the story). Who sends over sarcasm text into a client?!
I said:"It really is. I've documents that are important . I will be sending your professional text for your business."
This business is a call centre that calls independent contractors with whom they do not require much. There is one person and you call and the two times I had to be placed on hold mid-call. They then tell you somebody will call with 5 minutes.
The preceding afternoon I was quoted on the phone by Tustin Locksmith the price was $25 and $29 for the service. I clarified the quote I had.
12 minutes later I get a text which says,"I could give u a discount for the wait am 10 minutes away" Meaning that he was NOT 10 minutes off when he said.

I get that locksmith support is like HVAC, plumbers, as well as the cable man. But if you give me the courtesy of a telephone, call me and give me a time or give me the time. He could have said"an hour" and I would have been fine with it and adjusted my additional appointment. I get the aforementioned. And what is with the cost bait-and-switch?! The previous poster makes me believe I would have been charged $100 for a quote that is 59. But there are other locksmiths.

SHADY SHADY SHADY!I phoned and they quoted me . When the locksmith came, he jumped the price up to $100. I have had this same lock opened for $60 apartment before by someone else and at half the time. Then he tells me if it happens he will do it and gives me his number! As if I'd call him.

RUDE AND SHADY! I phone back after being hung up on and man tells me my mother sux dick! BAD BIZ
