United Locksmith

I called their 1-866 amount from an online search. As mine was lost, I had a vehicle key. They said $300 and 1 hour they can program a key and they come to my house. A man showed up over it all in a van with locksmith. He was about 30 min linger than anticipated. He attempted to joke and be friendly with me asking a great deal of questions- unrelated to secrets. He explained it would take 20-25 minutes to schedule a key and then asked when I was going to"watch" him. I returned after about 15 minutes and proceeded in my home. He was sitting in my car with his equipment plugged in, on his mobile phone. When I asked how much longer he explained"my manager gave me the wrong key, I need to return to the warehouse" to which I replied, well then what are you doing? Why are you in my own car?? I dont know. He repeated I have the key. I said where is your key. He walked to the van and got a key and said see that looks lime your key ? But its for a different version. I again asked okay what exactly do you do? Why are you in my own car if you are unable to plan the He began to depart and aaid after he went to get a key, he would return. I inquired how long- he replied an hour. Before he drove off I took a pic of his license plate. I waited 90 minutes before calling for an upgrade - he replied and said"we decided not to help you because you chose a photo" and hung me up. He didnt respond calls. I called the main number searching for an ecplaination to which I was told someone would return my call. That never happened. I called 4 separate times that day and spoke with several men and women who a ted shocked and were going to"call me back" This entire scam wasted about 4 hours of my day and makes no sense. I have surveillance of his permit along with the creep.
