One advocated Troy and I am happy they were hired by me to get my attic remodeling job. I called that he and Troy came to give a quote. I had been to finish the job in under two weeks for example city permits/inspections!!! He's got an architect who assists with the plan drawings and city permits. His staff is very professional, covering all the surfaces before they start up and cleaned up every day, once they're done. They worked tirelessly to complete the job in time. I'm pleased with the quality of the work.

I talked to Darvell and he sent his man out . From the minute he stepped from the house, the first thing he did was set on boot covers and laid mats out to keep the floor clean. He figured out with Darvell logistically to make the identical day along with an extra helper that did the trick to a jet After the snake didn't work.
I am usually pretty skeptical of plumbers. You don't have any option and especially when you can get upsold on unnecessary services is flood. This was not true with Unlimited.
Even since the water was run by my upstairs neighbor and it began to flood the kitchen, Daniel jumped right in and did his best to clean up the mess.
Endless didn't just irritate my drain, several times filled up the sink to be certain that the problem was repaired and left making sure my place was as clean as when they first arrived.
I would recommend Endless and Daniel to anyone who needs a professional plumber!

My sole criticism is that they didn't finish the job. They said that when I wished to have the drain part replaced that I would need to make another appointment. I wonder if it didn't have time to finish and because he needed to go into another appointment? My wife was quite disappointed to come home and see that the job wasn't complete.
Customer support and response time once I reached out to have my bathroom faucets replaced. They did a great job replacing it with all the ones that I bought and eliminating the old faucets.

I phoned this company and let the secretary women know. . .and she sort of dismissing me. And said..he made a mistake to go to my neighbors. . .next door. . .come on. . .he came twice. . .means. The secretary attempt to pay. Him..and she was. Lying too.
I live in a Condominiums units.
I told him that...I did not have cash. Right now. And that my wife is sick.
Before. He left. He told me he was. Moving to call the condominiums association. . .then I call the association my. They told. Me it was up to him....means. He lay.
Horrible experience

Sorry! ) Came to my home to estimate a strange sewage smell since we moved in we have been noticing. Because we couldn't really explain what the difficulty was, besides the occasionally whiff of it, it was difficult, but I was sure something was away. However there did not appear to be some signs. The men went through the area of the home that asked me assessed triggers and questions and smelled. They were thorough and found where the smell was coming from. Though it was a consult visit, I truly appreciated that they took their time to diagnose my problem (which entailed going into the crawl space and searching for this ). There was a leak! Although we ended up figuring out that we had a home warranty that covered the problem, we never would have known about the flow if Troy along with his partner did not find it.
* I'm not going to deduct a star for it, but if you make an appointment I would certainly call to follow up. They forgot we had an appointment, however, was apologetic and came out as soon as I called to test.

We had a pipe leak in the shower space, behind the toilet wall. Darvell was friendly and very helpful on the phone, and I contacted Unlimited Building & Plumbing Services and managed to provide a good idea about what needs to be done in order to fix our problem to me. We set up an appointment to enter. Jerry, our tech, has been very helpful and courteous. He assessed the problem and figured the perfect way to get to the leak. He had to break through the tiles Considering that the escape was behind the toilet wall. By doing as little damage to the wall as possible to get into the 20, jerry did a good job. He replaced the pipe using a new one and found the leak. He then cleaned up and disposed all of the garbage. I thought the cost for the job has been very reasonable.
I would recommend Unlimited Building & Plumbing Services.

The organization did great. I called and spoke to Nancy. She was very pleasant and made the appointment. There was a telephone before the arrived and they had been on time. The guy was Daniel. The tasks were reviewed by him and composed the quote. His crew showed me up revealed them the tasks and they have right to work. Installing a Kitchen faucet that was new, fixed 1 bathroom and an toilet sink faucet. The had parts and all the equipment. We were quite happy.

I hate posting an unsatisfied comment. It wasn't plumber or the work. Job was done... so far no issues (it's only been a few hours). Guy (Jerry) was nice and pleasant, helpful too. He bumped my rating to 3-star. Replaced the interior of my toilet (had bought the kit) along with the water supply valve. Unfortunately I did not have this piece, which I could (and did provide ) to easily conduct to get it in Home Depot in less that 5 minutes. I should have done so, since it ended up costing me $25 extra for the angle valve. Felt cheated for something ~$8. They did call back to see how things went, and I uttered the way I felt. I wrapped up quite upset. Just some advice... be sure to get your supplies before you book an appointment- can help save you some major $$$.

I found him to be cheerful, professional, timely and proficient. He abandoned before he arrived, the repair place as clean as it had been. I will certainly call Troy again.
I highly recommend Troy for plumbing needs. I called on a Wednesday for an non-urgent under the sink gushing at 8:30 am and he was able to get there by. He identified the problem. It required a part. He offered to get it for me personally and return in the day between tasks. He was easily accessible by telephone and text.
He is a builder too so that you might want to think about contacting him for kitchen, a toilet, or improvement remodel.

We live in a home and use this company and the landlord well made a decision to redesign the toilet.

As promised troy came through with flying colours - he went over and beyond to do a fantastic job and solved my problems. He invested the extra time it took to identify, find, and order the parts and repair the faucet without breaking out the hardware or substituting the tile. Troy saved me hundreds, possibly hundreds of thousands of dollars! I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone who needs plumbing services or contracting in the Bay region.
Over 20 minutes of submitting my occupation I got a call from Troy. He inquired what my problems were and he listened. I was impressed by Troy's awareness, patiencecharacter and his assurance. Troy is the ONLY plumbing contractor from the 4 that submitted instead of.
My plumbing problems started 3 years ago when my guest toilet shower handle was stripped and damaged by a home guest that was well-meaning. I had at least 5 men out of my son into my fiance to my neighbors that attempted to re-attach the deal and/or find the brand new part - they failed. When my master bath drain became blocked recently, this was the final straw. In my wit's end with no bath or shower, from desperation I looked for a plumber on Thumbtack.

I'm here to say: you are able to take the promises of this guy to the bank. Joaquin, his sidekick along with troy, delivered everything they'd promised. Within two days of our telephone meeting, I had a floor that I really like. What's far more important, my wife enjoys it!
Being the suspicious guy that I am, when I checked out the web site for Troy Coleman & Plumbing and Unlimited Building I wondered how he got Yelps. Does those homeowners are bribed by him? His price tile my sunroom, using layout Travertine marble flooring seemed good. And his promise he could do it?

Troy and his staff are amazing. We had a part of a kitchen remodel go wrong with a single call and the other organization to Troy fixed our problems at weeks time. They were able assess the project, to come out fast and give us our dream kitchen. They did electric and pipes work for us. Not only did they do a job, but were considerate, fun, and took pride in their work. Troy would be highly recommended by us again and we will use him for future function.

I suggest Plumbing Services & Unlimited Building. We had a clogged drain and were unsure where the clog was. Darvell, the proprietor, gave me the best quote and quickly arranged a plumber to work on site (next day). When the happened in main line, Darvell contrary to was able to send us in the next day and fully solved the matter with no fees. Darvell even called to test a week to confirm everything is.

I had three plumbing problems and all were fixed right away!!!! I would recommend everybody buy the yelp bargain it saved me money... I shall only call boundless plumbing from today on

I called Troy to substitute two bathroom faucet sets, and he and an associate showed up immediately, gave a very reasonable quote (which matched the estimate given over the telephone ), and began working. It turned out that the old faucets were leaking, and the rust that was consequent had practically welded the faucet sets into position! It required rather a lot more to perform the job - instead of the projected 1 hour per set, it required the moment to about double, and also the SawzAll needed to be used to cut out a few of the pieces!
It all turned out nicely - that they did a superb job, Troy and staff are one of the friendliest and most personable contractors I've met, they cleaned up the sink and work place beautifully (I think that the sinks/basins were cleaner than until they substituted the taps ), and they adhered into the quotation even though the job was much harder than anybody anticipated. I highly recommend them, and will always go to them for my future plumbing needs, and maybe other calling needs (Troy does general contracting and buliding).

The owner did leave a voicemail to apologize/smooth items over to me. Hopefully he'll train his employees on customer service and future customers will have a better experience.

After being burnt a lot of 12, this is such a fantastic experience. His team and troy did work on expanding my cabinets and putting an opening in one of my walls. As I had to leave work leaving the team at my 17, they were trustworthy. Their job was wonderful and communication was fantastic. Troy (the owner) seems to always be available and wishes to make sure that your happy with the job. He went over and beyond and genuinely cares about his customer! The team is respectful of your house and cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend this company and plan on calling him for the other jobs around my house (including eventually an add on).
