Valley Isle Lock & Key

My husband locked our keys in the car's trunk. I called the locksmith google listed since I am a visitor on the staircase. Unfortunately I called an asshat and had to prepay 140.00 for nothing. I phoned valley isle and that he came out immediately and managed to unlock the trunk in minutes. Do yourself a favor and call them so you do not need to cover some fool before you cover valley isle to get your keys out.

Terry and his father did a wonderful job getting ignition scenario sorted and my truck door. When you've got a 95-04 Tacoma did day of call service and could not not have been more professional, cut two extra keys to me and did an superb job of throwing in a new handle I'd. Service and he went above and beyond to lube my ignition and I will go back to them in the future. I have had other locksmiths that were rude and had no real desire to do the job and also to be professional. Give these guys a call whilst doing it, and they'll do excellent work, reasonable rates, and have aloha! Thank you guys!

Last night lost the only secret. Called Valley Isle Locksmith. They came within an hour , verified we were the officers and got started. Very reasonable and fast. Highly recommend. Terry was very knowledgeable and showed much Aloha!

We all (still not quite sure who) dropped our rental car key fob the second day at Lahaina. After house of hunting and stressing, our rental company gave us Valley Isles number. Terry gave us a reasonable price was out in about one hour. After a couple of minutes, he had us prepared back to go to our vacation and this nightmare behind us. Super thankful at Valley Isle for Terry. Hopefully, I will not be needing his services anytime soon.

The father & son team (Terry & Tao) who conducts Valley Isle Lock & Smith are nothing short of amazing. We had there arise a problem using a time period that is tight and they did not fail to fix the issue in very little time. Their customer service is superb and how they deliver service is a plus. We recommend them to everyone and anyone, you will not be disappointed.

Day at Maui and I ended up dropping my keys on the beach in Lahaina and had the itch to run out without any forethought onto the beach. Have and called Valley Isle taken care of. Family and great local company operated. Terry was personable, professional and supplied some excellent recommendations on local spots to eat! Rate was excellent too as I did acquire quotes . Would highly recommend.

Wow! The owner, tau, waited an hour while we drove from Kula to Lahaina to repossess a vehicle that was stolen. We drove to the wild bush for miles up and back to make us a key that was new. He helped us put in a battery and fix the muffler so we could push out all in great spirits and with fun taking into consideration the situation. What a sweet and kind man with a lot of Aloha.

I called to have my own house rekeyed, today. The guy who answered the phone, Tau, told me he'd at my house.between noon and 1 o'clock. He said that he had forgot about my own appointment, when I phoned him back to find out where he was. After waiting 2 1/2 hours for him, He'd apologize profusely but after that, I felt fairly annoyed!
I found them very professional and they arrived to my house quickly and on time!!!
This locksmith isn't dependable!

Called at noon for a spare key for my jeep, were out on a project and had a couple ahead of me. We agreed if schedules lined up, that after in the day would be fine. They called me and was at my location by 3:40p, and completed by 3:55p, awesome, quick service!

Valley Isle lock and key was recommended for me and I'm happy for that. I spoke. My ignition box has been broken and they fixed in approximately 20 minutes. Very reliable and kbowledgable. They made me 2 keys that are new, I highly recommend calling this business

Quick and friendly. Came through on a key replacement when another locksmith no can told me. These guys saved me by expense and the play of going through the car dealership. For I say mahalos nui loa.

Supa cool man! Needed to substitute crucial to get sis honda. Met me in Kahului made crucial straight from his van and inbetween his grocery shopping. Than dealership wanted Just a little pricer than I hoped but still waaaay cjeaper. Very friendly and honest!

They made sure prior to calling it good that it worked, and made me another automobile key on site. The father/son staff were a pleasure to speak to, they have been presentable, clean, well-spoken, efficient, and a total pleasure to interact with. And to top it off, the price was less than half of what I expected to cover.
Talk about customer service! Once I managed to break off the key in the driver's door, I had just purchased a car that was secondhand about three days prior. Obviously, I was in a seriously foul mood on my way.
I can not say enough about the level of customer service those men - they turned my day around in a matter of 15 minutes, and they did with a grin, and a huge amount of Aloha. There is no one else I will call for any demands in the future.
I found Valley Isle throughout the yellowpages.com - they were the first local locksmith that appeared in my own search. When they were on their way I was called by them really courteously, and it took me about 10 minutes to meet them at my car. From the time I got there, so they worked even better than before, they had extracted the broken piece of key out of the lock, and proceeded to bleach my locks.

Tau rocks! We were going to miss our flight and he rushed for us in 15 minutes and had the car unlocked in virtually no time.

Talk about customer service! Yesterday (Saturday) my key got stuck at the tailgate lock of my 2006 Honda CRV. I called each locksmith recorded in the yellow pages, and not one was available. Some did not even have voice mail. Eventually got to Valley Isle Lock & Key, and talked with Tau (the father in this father & son team). After describing the issue Tau let me understand he would not be able to repair it himself but his son Terry could fix it. I chose to wait until Sunday since Honda no longer has service hours on Saturdays and I am happy I did. Although it took a while to catch up to each other, if child Terry came I could tell that I was in good hands. He's an outstanding communicator, and he found and solved problems if he started searching for the source of the issue.
I can't say enough about the degree of customer service those men provided - accurate professionals with aloha. Both son & father have been a joy to talk to; Tau and I did not meet, but Terry was well-spoken, presentable, clean, effective, and a total joy to socialize with. And to top it off, the price was less than half what I expected to cover.
(Incidentally, my neighbor Ken helped me fasten the car yesterday evening. The key stuck in the lock activated the other doorways, and still was electronic, so the automobile stolen and might have been hot-wired. At the proposal of Ken, I temporarily removed the battery from the stuck key, and voila! No more security threat!)
I am happy to have found Vally Isle Lock & Key and I wouldn't consider using any locksmith on Maui!
