My front door lock has been loose, and also the key sometimes gets stuck indoors. I phoned Asi on Sunday afternoon, he sent Luis here. We did a change and it took 5-10min! They are great to use.

Because I believed I had to replace an older lock on my 16, I called Asi. He came by to assess the lock and rearranged his schedule to fit me. He ended up replacing part of the lock and cleaning the entire thing up. It works better than it did and he saved me a great deal of money in the procedure. He is really nice, transparent about functions, and costs before having to replace it, to repair something. Would 100% recommend.
