This is the second locksmith in the St. Louis region I have used who don't accurately price their lockout service. I'll say that the lockout contractor, Emmanuel, was friendly however, there was a query in.
Beware. Never use. Do not use this company. My wife and kids were locked out of the home after 5. We didn't have keys that are additional and had a tough time locating a lock smith. I obtained a quote for involving 50-$100 on the phone depending on complexity. The guy composed a bid for about $240 and wasn't even out of the vehicle. I told him I had been quoted much less. Later the exact same day, the girl earlier that day I talked with called AGAIN. I had not gotten house to speak with my roommate, and I consented to have them phone two days later. I work a full time job, so I was not able to answer their very first telephone. I got a text message if not twice a day, every day that week. While I understand the necessity to follow up, that text messages is annoying and unnecessary. Then today- almost a week after the first call- while I was busy and not looking at my phone. I got another call along with a voicemail. Then, possibly a little while later, another telephone. I managed to answer that one, and I explained that I didn't require service and as a client, I did not appreciate the distressed and continuous badgering. The identical girl from the week made me not want to utilize their services and earlier explained it was her job, which I acknowledged, but expressed it isn't a good business practice. She then said quite snarkily, she loved me"eventually" calling, known to me condescendingly as"dear" and hung me up. I was struck by how poor their customer support is, and how rude the girl working their was. Regardless of how good their locksmiths might or might not be, their poor tact and disrespect for the time isn't worth dealing with.
