Just visited West End Lock for time. Service like last time: professional prompt, and good service. Had a truck door lock issue Ford F-100. Fixed the issue in less than 3 minutes. Would not charge me! Excellent place to conduct business. Highly recommend.
They installed a new lock on my home. They were honest and they were rather easy to work with and speak with. They came out to examine my door and also to give me a quote and recommendations and then they came back after the lock installed and has been arranged it. Very professional, easy, and quick.

I'd recommend them to anyone. There is nothing better than a good locksmith. . .makes all of the difference!
Tech on the phone refused to help me, told me to phone a different locksmith because he was 30mins away. When I attempted to tell him that no one else can help with these particular locks, he began berating me and saying"I want to teach you a lesson". I tried 3 times saying"sorry but can you guide me to someone else who will help me" but he kept ranting. I got frustrated and wrapped.
I had been locked out of my home because the lock on my door had been busted (I had two keys but neither would work). West End lock includes a deal with our Hoa to exclusively service us and includes a master key. My construction employs strange grade locks which no company or locksmith at the area knows how to operate on.
This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my whole life.
The techs are probably good but the gals at the office have their heads up their ass. I scheduled an appointment to have the locks and they never showed up. When I called the woman said she recalled talking to me but forgot to put it. Sat here all day waiting for jerks that were theses and never showed up.
When I want to buy multiple locks which need to be keyed the same or a key duplicated, I go here. The service is fast (if you don't get behind a man with a significant arrangement ) and there are plenty of locks, safes, and other safety apparatus to look at while you wait. Unlike Walmart or Lowe's, the keys left here work.
I called West End lock off of a neighbors phone when my landlord didn't answer. I left a message and didn't leave my number because IT WAS LOCKED IN MY APARTMENT. My landlord ended up showing up after she left and the locksmith came up to my apartment 1 minute. I didn't have the time to cancel because he showed up literally 1 minute once I had stepped inside (but came an hour after I phoned ) Terrible service and will not work with me on a fair price taking into consideration the locksmith didn't servicing for my apartment. Don't call them .
I had been locked out from my house this afternoon and had been preparing myself for a long, terrible day, but after using my neighbor's phone to find West End Lock I had someone in my house over 10 minutes of my phone and that I had been into my house only minutes then. Very friendly on the phone. The price quote I got was double the company I called to get a Saturday lockout. Not trying to sell for this other business, just presumed they could utilize the feedback and revisit their pricing plan...
Five star services! I won't ever visit even a huge chain store or Home Depot to have a key copy . These guys do pretty much one thing and they do it well. I've had a dozen or more secrets. Keys which may depart a Home Depot employee scratching their mind these guys can copy without hesitation.
However, the best part of their business is that they've got basically every crucial clean you could possible need copied. I have literally gone in with a key ring of 6 different keys (one had no number, one was for a random cabinet lock) and asked if they could replicate the whole ring. . And it was simple.
I've had keys copied at Lowe's and other areas before but no one has copied these guys as well as keys.
The great thing about these is they have the skill to back it up along with security entry options for us. I look ahead to acquire all my lockskeys, and cylinders from these guys later on.
More correctly, I would give West End Lock 4.5 stars. The only thing which keeps it is that, sometimes, it feels just like the road clients are not for their business customers may be catered off. I've not got anything solid that on but it's just one of those feelings, you know? I haven't been turned away or ignored.
A key managed to walk and replaced, get friendly service and was on my way without skipping a beat. Would suggest to anyone in need of replacement that is crucial or even a secure door manage need. Will never go into a box store. I found them and they have a customer for life.

Place was bigger than I anticipated.
Got 5 workplace keys created in just as many minutes. I barely got the opportunity if they told me they were prepared, to peruse locks their locks and key chains.

West End Lock changed our locks. I left for work - returned in the day to find the new keys made by these didn't work - I was locked out of my home - charge by these $115.00. Called their installer - was told - he was not on the clock - to call after hours. We requested their amount - his reply" I don't know". Called the emergency # 6-7 times telling them we were locked out by keys they left ! Had to get in touch with another locksmith to acquire keys to my home!
I stopped in to get copies that were key and the support was very friendly and fast. And best of all functioned
Ugh. Also my cylinders and three excursions here weren't right. Took the whole lot to Key and ABC Lock on Nolensville Road and locks work flawlessly now. West End has horrible hours (M-F 9-5) too. Skip those men.
