Short story while I'm getting keys made:
I my keys as I do about every 20 years needed or not. I had about 30 keys made to have spares and a set for everybody. So, I decided to visit the little silent locksmith on the corner.
Every I had, dual sided, vehicle, home and RV was only a couple of seconds away and everybody else they left worked just like the first -
A man comes in with a and requested to have the other crucial made and it opened, he had his passport. I looked up behind the counter and pushed the button. . .well I bet you can see where this is going but I had to laugh when the box popped open. The gentleman with the secure said and appeared , well I guess that I need a key. They did not charge him for the secure cracking section:)

This location is unorganized, cluttered and when this individual is the sign, not intent on providing an average degree of customer service. I'd go there add a last resort.
Went into have keys. The gal there was unfriendly slow and unwilling. She tried to dissuade me. These were very simple but rare keys and I had the blanks. They wouldn't have had them... Perhaps 3 minutes per key to cut. $11 per key. I tried Lowe's, but they do not cut keys.

I bought keys cut that was desired and a used car. Dealership wanted an arm and a leg, they referred me to White Knight.
The folks at White Knight are great! They keys fit perfectly (dealership said I had special order blanks they didn't carry). White Knight was also able to"recut" a secret that I was made at hardware store which didn't fit. Of the keys White Knight cut at work easily and smoothly. . .and they do not charge. Fantastic work, great folks.

I bought a used Honda truck which only came with one crucial order two keys eBay to get a fantastic price but they had to be programmed by Honda at about 150.00 a key, I came to the White Knight and was really happy because the woman that cuts the keys and apps them with the proper gear, took less than an hour and did a fabulous job, both keys work great and over half of the cost for the two keys! Teresa was her name and she was professional and quite proficient. I will suggest the White Knight with issues that are key!

These guys were great. I had a key. Originally with reviews I took it based on yelp recommendations. It would cost around $150 and this shop was fine to get them get rid of the lock and take a few hours. I decided to have a 2nd opinion and happy I did. These men had out the key in less than 10 minutes and only cost $25.

Unless youre distressed dont go here. They need lessons about the best way to take care of customers. I will be back. They've no concept your time is precious and please and thank you're a part of the English language. Plus you pay higer costs than elsewhere just to get treated shoddy.

They don't understand how to produce keys. Total retards!
Came to update the copy they left 4 times ! They damaged the plastic in my remote. They said that their Machine does not do my key. 4 times tried! Damaged my remote! Lied to me they will replace my remote! I advised them give my money back and that I had enough of this! They threatened me they'll call the police. Give the client their money back if you can not make a copy!

My 2000 Toyota Camry would not be turned in by the intermittently that is key. Costs to replace the ignition button. White Knight repaired it for $75 and it took 2 hours. Works perfectly now.

I would, if I could give zero stars. I called this place and she said to being in my safe after coping with the woman on the phone. Upon arrival she said she needed the numbers from it, we walked outside, and she closed the door in my face.... Um type of desire me to get into my van!!! Then she asks me who's it is, and if my name is about anything, I explained all that to her and because my name was on the will inside the secure that wasn't great enough.... What a joke this place is, never ever go there!!!!!

Crappiest inbred hillbilly joke of a place! Stay clear of this! I called them to see how much it'd be to find a key made for my gas cap on my motorcycle because I dropped mine and a woman said $50 because it was emergency hours so I asked how much it would be to get one on regular afternoon and she said $25 so I said ill wait to come in then. I came in on Wednesday and she said that I have never even called her and they told me it was $75 for a key to be made! I told them that I was not hoping to spend that much and inform them that I only had to have the gas cap off because I have purchased a new one and would not require a key made for it no longer so they moved back to the initial $25 to picklock it, I said ok! In a hurry to get there after work I forgot to grab my spare gas cap and the guy had select locked it off already so I set the older one on top to keep the rain out which was a dumb idea on my part because it clicked into place and had to be select locked again! So I moved in humiliated and told them! Thats when they began acting like pricks saying you should charge but we will give you a free one but if it happens again I ai not even going to get it done! I was about to say f it and leave due to their dumb attitudes, like I could not find a better place than that craphole, but took them on the free lock pick so that I could return home with my bicycle and out of the cold rain! They have shitty customer service! I would not recommend to my opponents! Avoid this place unless you need to be ripped off and talked down by hillbillies that think because they can picklock that they are gods!

I have called them a couple times in the past once I have locked the keys in to unlock my car. They charged a deal that was decent but were slow to get there.
A couple weeks back I brought in a secret to have a new one made and they did a horrible job. It didn't match up at all and would slide in the ignition of my car.
I probably won't use White Knight again, at least not to get keys and have discovered a place that was new.

Absolutely phone etiquette! I made an appointment to the firm I work for since we're moving offices but that I made the appointment anyway. A few days, I needed to call back later to re-schedule along with her phone etiquette was dreadful! She placed me on hold and hung me up. I phoned back and somebody replied but I'd call somebody else and I told them to cancel our appointment on account of this horrible customer support by the person that was last! You do not make my business by having horrible phone etiquette, being impolite and providing customer service.

This is the locksmith I have been into in this state. I've tried about half a dozen additional locksmiths in King County but were really miserable. Their fees are very fair and they are quite competent in what they're doing. I've used them to replicate multiple keys for my home and my office and also remote keys for my own vehicle which were cheaper than the automobile dealers. I've never had to take them back for re-keying. Here is the only locksmith I use.

As a company, we've used White Knight for 20 decades and they proven quite knowledgeable and helpful. I don't use any locksmith.
