They'll be my first stop from now on.
I have been to many hardware stores, both large and small and without a doubt, the team at Wilson's rank in the top ten for client services. They don't have the choice of a big box store but they employees that will take some opportunity to help you find the right tool for your job.

Can't conquer for knowledge, their outstanding service, and price. It was our one stop answer for average homeowner challenges when we lived in North Wales. We moved to Philadelphia and we still come back. We needed knives Only last week. Wilson's was the location. As their service had made their weekly picked up, the owner drop off them so we would have the next week. We have had the bigger knife for 45+ years. Can not go wrong as you visit Wilson's!

-purchasing seeds for the garden
Include:
-they sell hand warmer for gloves that are for working outside in winter, nice
Wilsons hardware is my own regional hardware shop. I have relied on them for years for various reasons.

- buying funnels and tubes for beer bongs

You're likely going to have to go on-line to receive it, since the large box boys will not have it, if you can not find what you want in Wilson's. I go to Wilson's first proceed on-line. Box visits occur it's handy and if I happen to be driving by and I walking out empty handed.
A lot of these reviews are about keys and locksmiths, but Wilson's is a full-fledged hardware store. I have always been amazed that they appear to have everything that the big box Lowe's and Home Depot have - and even more - in such a little space. I think that the distinction is that Wilson's breaks it down whereas the large box boys only need to sell pre-packaged larger amounts.
As for service; expect to be greeted of walking in the door within minutes. They try to point you in the ideal direction or help you discover what you would like. I was somewhat concerned when the old owner (Wilson, I assume) sold the business a couple of years back, but the service and selection hasn't changed a little.
Example: if you are looking for any type of screws, nuts, bolts, washers, etc., the large box boys possess a complete aisle devoted to it. They need to do this because they would like to offer you a package of 100 of the same screw. Wilson's includes a section that is little by comparison, yet they have more variety since you can buy what you need that you want.

Thank you very much!
Definitely recommend if in need of a car key! Quick!
Walked into buy a copy of my Mazda automobile key. Wilson's had the appropriate key in stock and immediately cut the key (with processor ) to dimension. The whole process took only 15 minutes and that I was billed half of what I'd have paid in a dealership.

I had a pleasant encounter with Wilson's. I needed to repair a lock. I talked with Charles, explained my situation. I was able to send photographs of what was wrong to help him see what needed so his repair person could look after things right away to be fixed. The correct person was out within the hour and fixed to my satisfaction. Price seemed reasonable. I've done business with them for several years. They are honest and local. Highly suggested.

Hard to find this type of service anywhere and certainly not al the big box stores.
First, they came out and quantified all of the doors to guarantee that the present holes would be covered by the new hardware.
Thank you Wilsons
Wilsons did a fantastic job.
Everything fit perfectly and looks excellent.
Yesterday, had all the door hardware changed on our house.
Installer was professional and very courteous.

Great service and great price! They were able to copy our keys that Lowes and HomeDepot just couldn't get it right.

Wilson's Hardware has always been quite useful and fairly priced.

I could not recommend Wilson's more highly. As a homeowner who isn't very handy, they're lifesavers. In the time it takes me only to locate a worker (less a knowledgeable one) in a large box store, a Wilson's worker will have solved my issue. Together with expertise and their patience, I have confidence that I'm capable of handling some house repairs myself. Lansdale is lucky to have them!

The air is personable if you're a female and they do not treat you. (large HUGE and there).
My five star review is based primarily. After all of the recent scams involving locksmiths that are decentralized, I was really nervous when looking for a locksmith to do work. I moved with Wilsons on the basis of that they'd been in town forever and the person I talked to on the telephone told me that most of the"men" were appropriately licensed.
A Mom and Pop location. They've got some very groovy"hardware store" items which, while probably available at the Big Boxes, would be hard to source out.
Wilsons reminds me of the hardware stores my dad used to take me to.
The service was reasonably priced and he was speedy and pleasant.
Reminded me to tell them if we needed anything fixed or keys they had done past work. Great service, wonderful business; urge HIGHLY.

Great service! Their locksmith is amazing and the customer service was great, although I didn't have the need to visit the store. Highly recommend!

Great company! Moved to a new home and, based on their great testimonials, called them to"rekey" my locks. Boy, did they get. It turned into replacing deadbolts and knobs (old house) for 5 doors and rekeying a 6th so that I had one key for all doors in the home. They were drilling out old doors, a few were steel... the work was tough and very hot and it took them hours. They were cheerful and good-natured during; even decreasing the water I offered them (I thought for sure they'd faint dead out in that heat). And the guy was super-sympathetic when he handed me the invoice and I almost fainted dead away myself (I was quite naive about just how much all of that was going to cost). To be honest, I don't have any idea how this compares, cost-wise (clearly I'm thinking about locksmithing), but I would use no one else. I can't imagine this might have been a DIY. I really highly recommend them!

Friendly and attentive service. Competitive rates. You can't beat this mixture of little town hardware store and locksmith. You will not ever need to go back to the big box store!
