The repair of my lock couldn't have gone more smoothly. I requested a quotation out of Windy City Lock & Key online on a Sunday evening, and they responded in 15 minutes or so. He was optimistic and professional the whole time, as he went on his work and he even explained me everything. He was here for about 20 minutes total, left my door/lock in perfect working condition, and I was charged exactly what I had been nominated. I would absolutely recommend that you use this organization. From beginning to finish, customer service.

When we locked ourselves dan from Windy City came out on a snowy night. Windy City Key provided an up front quotation that has been fair. Beware of companies that charge you a service fee and provide a quote on site as they have a tendency to inflate costs that is what happened to us before phoning Windy City.
I called Adam in Windy City once I got locked out of my car - 10 PM with my toddler. He had been there in fifteen minutes, entirely professional, and fairly priced (which I had been concerned about since it had been sort of a crisis and also a Saturday night, along with the first two men I called were told me it'd take"1+ hours.") Couldn't recommend more.
