If you do not want to browse through this very long review I shall cut to the chase....definitely test Windustrial Sunnyvale before buying plumbing fixtures; such as toilets, faucets, water heaters and more. Their pricing and service is absolutely top notch! The back story...

I avert Home Depot/Lowes if possible as I wind up wandering and walking out empty handed, so I visited several plumbing supply stores. I decided on American Standard's Cadet Guru (trade-only line) as we wanted a good quality basic bathroom, simple to maintain, nothing exotic (there are plenty of those out there)!
I found Windustrial if searching for ADA toilet products for my dad'Aging in place' Extended Living Center is a great resource if you have that desire. I had some pricing about the Cadet Guru figured I would give an attempt to Windustrial. I had my version numbers prepared, worked with Eddie over the phone, he gave me pricing (which defeat each of the other suppliers by a mile) I paid over the phone using VISA, he emailed the bill. . .easy peasy! The price tag, including bathroom seats that are soft-close, was unbelievable. And to top it off, Eddie stated they could provide when I asked where and when I should pick up the bathrooms. . .for free! They called about a week later to schedule the shipping (within a one hour window!) . They provide to the doorway not within the house, and also you would need to examine on their delivery service place, should they move up stairs etc.. But in the rear of your car choosing them up, the bathrooms fit isn't a big deal. As their business is 80 percent commercial their hours are 6am-4pm M-F and Sat 8am-noon (closed Sunday).
On Friday I visited their client service to pick up the distribution lines, angle stops and wax bands to the 2 bathrooms (also much better than HD costs ). Ernie at Customer Service encouraged me to help myself to some soda from the fridge and was very helpful. 5 star experience all the way around. My plumber came by and set up the bathrooms, we're all set!
Location . Not a place to navigate.... More of a warehouse but they had everything I wanted and the price was OK.
I purchased faucets and shower heads and toilets and several other plumbing supplies from Sunnyvale Windustrial . They gave good service to me although I am convinced I was a really small task for them. The company was very patient since I sent emails requesting quotations and quotes and pricing. Once I ordered, they fulfilled the order, and they definitely had the best price around.
