No show, no call back. I called and was told someone would phone me back. Twenty minutes later someone called me back asking about the issue. I explained and he said somebody would phone me back. I did and he said somebody would phone me back. Ten minutes after, I had been texted later looking for out when somebody could phone me back that someone could call me back. Five minutes later I called somebody else.

Words can not explain my frustration and disappointment I have experience with this company. The technician showed up after and my call in 20-30 minutes where the 1 star ends and begins. After an hour of effort lock and that our church office was abandoned destroyed. I promptly called the office and was advised because a manager wasn't available I would have to call back. Are you kidding me? They encourage themselves as a service and a managers can't be called to ask him to telephone an unhappy customer. I called the next day only to be told the same thing, eventually following my third attempt I spoke to a guy who listened and put me on hold for 37 minutes. Eventually someone came on and out of frustration I said to them about if we allow our attorneys handle this and she said"yea you do this". Please do this support is used by t you might regret it. There are too many options on the market.

This review would not allow me to place ZERO stars! I needed the lock portion changed on my door and known as Woodbury Locksmith 2 times, talked to 2 people, who told me that the price is $19 for $19 and the service cost -$29 for the lock. I asked both people are you sure that's the price. The price tag is $150, are they going to arrive and inform me? I was told that the lock that was most expensive is 29 and no. I was confident the maximum price could be $50. So I could get to work on time, I scheduled for 7:30 am. He looked at the lock and told me that the charge to alter the lock is $150 plus $19 service cost. I repeated what I was told when I called. He texted someone and then stated he could dismiss it to $120 plus service charge that was $19. I decided not to have the work done as I could purchase a new handle. He then told me I had to pay money and that it was $20 for the service cost. This provider is classic bait and switch con artists. DO NOT USE THEM!!
