Hey I'm sorry but this is a con. They arrived and tried to charge me $865 to get a bunch of new components when only one part was busted. When I refused they dropped the price to $625? I called a trusted locksmith which charged me for the fix around $115. In addition, he explained that a normal service fee for a single hour is about that. Therefore it makes no sense that the price would drop with a gap of greater than the service fee, cutting to the so stated equipment costs.
Note that part of this stipulation for dropping the price was to get a Fantastic yelp review
Now, talking to the locksmith, he explained that the equipment replacement IF NEEDED would cost approximately $300 plus the one hour service charge. Nowhere near what this man tried to charge me.

Use this business. Our locks shifted without authorization and then put in a non-compliant system effectively than he solved at the first place, creating significantly more problems from the procedure. His defense was lying about everything, when confronted with this matter. He did more of the same, when offered an opportunity to repair the matter. Now we have enormous monetary losses and litigation to deal with.

Michael was exceptionally responsive and sent along a reasonable quote for a project. Lev was type, skilled, and knowledgable - and knew his way around a lock that is hard and very old. I will definitely use them again for future projects!
