And it's not easy to open the lock. But it will work, and that is good.
Perhaps the folks (two ultimately needed to perform what they did) could have an explanation
Primarily they did come. That's good.
They'd no additional duplicate key.
Service call of $29 was nice....if they had been great.
The charge of $45 for repair....yet they could not rekey t the lowest lock....they said its old and fragile. They rekeyed the very best dead bolt (which was fine) but the charge was $125. With two keys for this lock included for $125.
Two hours after the part of the lock was rekeyed. And the entire cost was $200.
What we wanted was a total top and underside. Something they would not do.
Perhaps they are great for emergencies.
