His cost was aggressive, but his honesty was superb! He request pics of front and rear of the lock and then followed with texts and calls to let me know that because I had a wise lock.... I wouldn't need him and he can walk me thru the process that is re-keying . I chased him and requested him to come because I did not have a pair of keys to re-key it with.
Communicated after moving into our new location about re-keying our lock. Let him know we'd be in town the next week and want him to come out - he showed up today ( a hour after I contacted him) and cared for the re-key for us.
