This is my"visit" plumbers!!! I called today & inside a few hours Robert was fixed my drainage issue and at my door. Robert is professional, friendly, and got the job done right away.

I've hired Hansen Family Plumbing a few times for various projects. Erik the owner is prompt to respond, knowledgeable and efficient. Robert, has ever been on time, does great work and leaves my place clean. So Hansen Family are my guys I am not comfortable with pipes occupations!

I had been known my husband and Erik a few years back and I run the facilities department for a large retail outlet pub chain and we have about 10 stores locally from the Arizona area. Hansen Family Plumbing is our go to for all our pipes needs in Arizona. I can personally say they have been there when we needed them and I would recommend them for any plumbing related needs.

I called I wanted fixed. It turned out that most of the problems were not issues in any respect. Hansen Family Plumbing gave me advice about things to do to save money and time, also saved me money and time by walking me through a few of the troubleshooting. I want to order a part, and I will be calling Hansen back to possess the component.

Robert was did a wonderful job of replacing kitchen faucet. I provided the vinegar and the scaling around the old faucet cleaned up. He threw in the service outlines. I would definitely call them again.

I would recommend Hansen Family Plumbing! I did not have to wait for a callback, they answered the telephone. I told him what was happening and he gave 3 estimates on the telephone to me. They came the next day and when he thought they might be a few late that they called to inform me. They were not at all. He fixed my garbage disposal
& cleared the clog in a couple of minutes up. He explained how he thought it could have occurred. Professional & friendly. They are.

I can not say enough about the company! For the second time in the past two months I have needed a plumber. My guest shower was leaking this moment. Erik greeted me by name and answered the phone, he quoted me on the phone and explained that it was more than the cartridges for the shower enclosure. He changed out the cartridge and arrived first thing the next morning. There was no unexpected fees or fees after he was done and he cleaned up. His professionalism and attitude towards his job is something that you do not find often. If you're looking for a plumber Hansen Family Plumbing is the plumber!

Only used Hansen's for the very first time - a clogged toilet that plunging would not fix. Robert fixed the problem and offered alternatives for future reference. Bottom line is that I shall call Hansens if needed. Thanks, Robert!

I had a pipe leaking into my front lawn which seemed to be coming from the point from the tube box. I called Hansen Family Plumbing from work Monday morning after performing a fast Yelp search, they had somebody at my home a little while afterwards telling me exactly what the problem was giving me an estimate (which was so reasonable that I was relieved to hear it), and a couple of hours later it was fixed. They called me to let me understand it was completed, I gave them my credit card info over the phone, and I had a plumbing issue when I got home and everything seemed great! Next time I need to call a plumber, I know who to call.

They came out to fix my bathroom and fridge plumbing issue. The man that came out was quite nice, '' he showed me things I could check later on and a couple of things that he do! The bathroom was fixed by him straight away and it's been working great ever since! The water came our very slowly, we had been informed by others we were going to get to replace the valve and it was going to be rather costly. After he checked out it, he said we just wanted a fresh hose. He found and searched his van! He replaced it and it is currently flowing so quickly now!! Fantastic appreciate and work the instruction as well.
