Really please with my experience with this company. They checked the pipes of my house for free while they're still here.

I've hired Prestige Plumbing to do some fixes for both my business and my property. I own a hair salon, therefore my time is valuable. Got an extremely passionate referral for this business. We were satisfied. It looked expensive but the dishwasher and fridge was in when the shipping service couldn't handle it. Fast forward a couple of weeks. Tub won't drain as well as the rooter man says it isn't clogged. Called Prestige and they came out which was great on a Saturday afternoon. Monday, they stated it had been that the drain mechanism and consented to return. No call no show & couldn't be bothered when I predicted to pick up Monday. Reached them Tuesday and they insisted run home so that they could find a replacement, immediately to set the part outside. Thursday until I predicted I don't hear anything. They said the part was old and they'd need to go into walls. Agreed to 2:00 Friday. I'd gotten scheduled for a 2:00 meeting and did not wish to make them wait. I discovered a job in North Phoenix was running and called. No call calls to find out a status. In 930 at night get a call without a explanation nor apology. They could not have cared less. Got a offer Saturday, to come. I explained I had been frustrated that I had prepaid for service AND come home from work in 1 week to get 100% discounted off. You may wish to find another plumber to, then if you want someone to actually show up. Should you prefer to get jerked about that is the place!
