A Plus Plumbing

My company had a plumbing crisis while we had our president and VPs here and I called A-plus due to their Yelp reviews. They didn't disappoint. I spoke to Jordan who had been very polite and she managed to send out Allen within about 20 minutes. Places had been called by me and they have been telling me 12 hours or even 3 times. 3 times isnt what I would consider a crisis response so I am glad I called A Plus. Allen fixed our problem within minutes and was here in no time. They were saved by him else or day we were going to have a ! tty day.

I thought they were just fine but then I found they had scraped a brand-new light fixture because it had been installed and that I needed to get an electrician. I also got billed to unclog the bathtub, for a compound and it didnt work in any respect. Wont be calling them again not happy.

Considering that the work couldn't be done until Sunday anyway, we looked up a previous invoice Sunday morning from A+ (that we'd used earlier and were very delighted with) and noticed that they are also 24/7. We left a message and phoned and Steve called us immediately, promising us he'd send two plumbers that day. (This man knows everyone's products!)
This provider is terrific. We called 24/7 was operated by a big name provider. Was unpleasant and grouchy and quoted us a ridiculous cost to replace our water heater.
We will call these guys ANY time we want plumbing work. Of course, this situation was an appliance collapse vs. a maintenance issue, requiring us to go through our home warranty business. As inconvenient as it is to eliminate a hot water heater on a weekend, it was be a favorable as we were able to utilize A+ instead of an in-network provider (kudos to Fidelity for permitting this). I highly recommend A+!

A Plus came out to my house on short note to fix kitchen valves, my faucet , chief house valve and water pressure . They showed up on time, worker worked efficiently, fixed everything, was very fine and was really professional. I would certainly use them again. Price ended up being more than we anticipated when they found what had to be done but the work they had to do also doubled. Great company.

In replacing an older shower enclosure in our residence korey Chard of A + Services did an amazing job. The job was quick and efficient and the price was quite reasonable. A + Services will be definitely used by us again and highly recommend them!!

I had a Fluidmaster Duo Flush System set up by the previous home owner that broke. I contacted these people to replace the unit with the flapper type, or with a like kind. The plumber came out and the choice was to replace the unit with the flapper type that was elderly. The plumber left even then I knew something was not right after installing. I called back and spoke to the owner and he sent a different plumber outside. It took him a while to treat the issue, he not merely the filler tube and the flapper, but also the float (which was not replaced in the onset) too. He wants to replace the flush handle and will get back to me with that. Like a bathroom should, the bathroom now flushes. Quite delighted with the service in addition to the method by which the owner (Steve) took responsibility and got the issue solved. But for the issue not being cured the first time around, I would give them 5 stars. And they are presently in my list of connections. Thanks All!

Thank god. With a fast look for"emergency pipes" we discovered A Plus. It did take an hour to the plumber to respond. It was dealt with professionally and fast. There is A Plus bookmarked in Yelp, and I will be my pipes support from now on!
We moved into our house a bit more than one year ago. It seems like a fix was needed on some thing in this house since we moved in. Happily , we really enjoy our place and our house, so it is well worth fixing!
Our washer had been declining, and we purchased a decent model that was used. We got it moved in, and the water valve started to leak since we started to turn the water. A steady drip, drip, drip which I knew wouldn't hold until the morning.

My water heater has been beginning to escape. I called this morning and within two hours Corey was at my property. I had a heater. He had me up a running. He was professional, considerate and explained everything to me. A really nice man. I'll actually ask later on for him!

Had Allen come outside to hook up a water filtration system. A pipe joint sprayed water causing harm in the garage and a cupboard and cracked socket. They simply set fans up everywhere to dry everything 20, when they sent out their recovery crew to repair things. They suppressed the drywall harm. Days after I acted like they forgot about us and called to have them substitute. We had when he came back out he had a carpet pad to substitute the spill proof pad that is updated. He had also previously told me that they would clean out the carpeting for us but that never occurred. For all of the trouble we dealt will it.

Steve is one! We had a large renovation project they helped us complete and we are very happy with the work. There were a few things which were not finished by one of his technicians and Steve came himself out to repair the issue immediately. Definitely would use them again!

Wonderful! Turned out to my home with a kitchen sink. The tech was helpful and the owner called me and was likely to do anything to get the job finished. There was not with them coming out to a Saturday an extra charge ! Highly recommend this company.

Called A Plus on a Saturday morning for help on a badly clogged bathroom and a leaky shower/bathtub faucet. In an hour tech, Brandon, was our house. He was efficient and considerate, and we were fully operational in under two hours from my first phone call. I know I'll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing requirements, while I expect nothing breaks down again in this home.

The job was professionally performed and expertly. In the price he quoted. (That was exceptionally reasonable).
Take advantage of these guys for your plumbing. They are great.
That morning, I called in a problem. In one hour the tech assigned to me (Allen) phoned and stated that he was available to start.
Before he started, allen diagnoses the issue and lent me a price.

Awful. Responded but didn't seem to get a clue what he do. I needed my A/C condensation line cleared out. He tried to suck it out using a shop vac and after that didn't work he seemed lost. I asked him when he wished to have a look at the drain panand that he went into the attic after borrowing my ladder. He explained the line was draining just fine (it had been the secondary) and acted like he'd saved the day. Yesterday, I checked and also the primary line is still clogged. $111 in the garbage. I have an A/C man coming out tomorrow to repair the issue. Don't bother with this corporation.

Overall punctual, efficient and professional - . The lost in celebrities is they are advertising a promotion in yelp in which you cover $25 and get $50 off. There is nothing. The owner would not honor it saying it is for projects . To Mike's (the plumber that came to the home ) charge, he'd waive the service charge. I also showed the ad but his hands were tied. I hope Yelp refunds me as likely I wont use this place as There are so many businesses around
Wanted to upgrade - Steve the owner reacted to me shortly after I posted the review. Fantastic customer services. I will try them again and awakened the celebrities for the customer support.

LATE NIGHT SERVICE!! Gino was awesome. We arrived home from vacation to backed up bathroom and shower... Urgent situation. There's a fee for after hours but worth it! It was all done in a hour or so and the problem was fixed by him by snaking the drain and he made sure everything was good before leaving. Friendly guy and cost that is reasonable. Highly recommend!

I'm very disappointed in this company. We had great service and have used them but if our sub pump broke in June, we have had nothing but difficulties. Their first effort to support the sub pump resulted in a $600 bill plus also a"fixed" pump. The pump backed up and we spent $1500 at a pump. We've had to call them twice because we keep having problems with the shower and the bathroom in the basement. Only had them out two days ago to repair it again (at $250) and the bathroom is backing up . Quite frustrating and time to find a plumber.

I had a gas line. Gregory did a great job and came out. Had Gregory replace tub spout. I could manage.
No question as to who to call in my mind.

A+ came out to perform a clean from the drain. Total cost was $380. $80+ bucks to get a Sunday fee. Our plumber, Allen did a fantastic job and has been very courteous. Time on the project was about an hour and half.

Allen came out into the house and sound that was fixed using a couple of wedges. I appreciate Jason. Changing my review to five stars.
I gave four stars because as soon as the plumber took the toilet off to perform the clean out and there was switch below the bathroom to shimmy (bizarre ) it so that you don't get the annoying pop up noise when you get up. I'm guessing the floor is not degree. The plumber eliminated the shift but didn't put anything under the bathroom to level out it. We have the noise when you get up off the bathroom that was.
Felt a little pricey but what are you going to do with no usage of showers and bathrooms and the in-laws in town.
