Eferin instant, came out and on time prior to his ETA using a call 30 minutes. He offered several options, moving ahead with much more expensive options if that did not work , and beginning first the solution to test. (I am still trying the 1st option).
Frankly I have never got this kind of thoroughness and support for something that was not even planned and free of charge! Joe called and texted us to follow up on how to proceed with a number of our maintenance issues we encountered while moving through the house. He followed up the next week which was fortuitous b/c that I was going to call them to have our own water pressure valved replaced.
From end to end Mr. Rooter is a complete service firm; from prompt arrival, to specialist service, to courteous follow up. I would strongly recommend this business to anybody who would like to find dependable service, fair pricing, and customer support!
On his way out, I wanted to check our water softener hardness and mentioned that I had been having some issues with our own water pressure. He immediately called his colleague Joe Bonomo who walked us and came over! Because of him we changed our AC filters, realized our water pressure was reduced, was advised to paint our piping and also to how to take care of our water softener he analyze our water and it tested above board.
I discovered Mr. Rooter online while looking for a solution to my Master Bathroom drain issues. The drain emitted a sulphur odor and that I called a few plumbers in the area that had no idea and never heard of this problem before. In addition to that, a per hour service fee was charged by all of these for coming out to diagnose the problem, some had a minimum of two hours to come out. I immediately called and set up an appt.
Again appt set up and technician arrival was right now. This time Daniel immediately and economically replaced our water valve.

We decided to have a 2nd opinion from a more compact plumbing operation and he was able to diagnose the problem as just in 1 bathroom + the primary line and (weeks later) appears to have fully removed them both together with his rooter blade and a few true elbow grease (spending more than 2 minutes on the place ). Obviously the difficulty could return but I roll the dice performing regular boiling salt water / origin killer remedies and spending $250 than ruin my house to the tune of 8 grand. I'm sure these men are fine for smaller problems that arise out of regular business hours (although pricey ) but I'd take any large-issue diagnoses they provide with a grain of salt.
Mr. Rooter came outside to clear a couple problem stains, one in our master bath and one in the primary line. We'd had any origin problems before that we'd been able to manage with a rooter but couldn't make progress. They did the bare minimum to have the water draining and advocated we have it scoped to find out exactly what the difficulty was. From there they advocated $ 8,000 in repairs that entailed digging enormous holes in our bathrooms and front of our property over. They wanted to begin the work immediately that I discovered to be foolish. We questioned the requirement of the front line repair to which they immediately backpedaled and said it might probably be handled with a hydroflush and origin killer.

Had a massive laundry area drain job and Mr. Rooter accomplished it in many days with fantastic service and professionalism. Efrain Z. is exceptional and has been in charge on my job. I'll continue to utilize Mr. Rooter for the foreseeable future.

My tenant called with water flowing down the driveway out of the water heater exploding. Over 30 minute they were at the home, and I called Mr Rooter, and 4 hours after I had a hot water heater. No time spared or wasted. My tenant was happy and so am I!

Our inspector, Larry referred us to Mr. Rooter; Donny especially, to perform a pipe extent on the new house that we're in the process of purchasing. Donny came to the home on Saturday to do the pipe extent last part of the review, yay! . He jumped from his truck with a large smile on his face and was extremely friendly. I had a terrific feeling about him! The thing he mentioned before we got started was that he's 100% fair and will be certain when purchasing this house there are NO surprises. In addition, he said how much he trusted and respected Larry our inspector which as a first time house buyer, is SO wonderful to hear!
The scope required about 20 minutes total and we got the! WHOO! There is still backup in the baths but we're thinking it is nothing which a snake won't fix, building debris or hair! I am so thankful we had him out, just to affirm that there was not anything major going on with our pipes. Being an old updated Arcadia house, you never know! I will absolutely call Donny for any of our plumbing needs that we've got! Not only does he know his stuff, he's fun to have around!

Jill answered . Poor mindset. Made a booking a week for today between 9-11 and they had been a no show. She said they tried to call and schedule sooner and blamed me. I called back and explained keep the schedule for 9-11.

I've used this business for years. Major mistake. I called due to a backed kitchen sink up. Phone was answered. Plumber called clarified turns out although there were 4 calls beforehand arrived hours earlier than anticipated. Great so far. Plumber took snake pipe and arrived couldn't clear. So went to roof to attempt and snake still did not work. Did not charge was told supervisor would come next day. He arrived couldn't get it unclogged. Called another supervisor was told cast iron pipes gave choices from $800 to $1800 and were full of rust. No promise to work but were trying solutions could manage. After 2nd supervisor called a 3rd one with my situation of not being able to pay these costs I was asked what I could pay and $500 was agreed on. After thinking about it and prior to signing anything that I said let me think about it and was told not to use until I had repairs 28, kitchen sink. Decided to get 2nd opinion and was told the clog was gone and I did not need any repairs at this time. No charge. Long story short I believe they were hoping to RIP off me I did not need. There know plumming business. I won't ever use them . Since they did not clear line, but they did not charge anything. So I guess they would say that its self cleared until plumber arrived but I believe they tried to take advantage of a handicapped widow from sitting. So I would not recommend them.

Called Mr. Rooter, my house was backed up! Scary thing right? Not with Preston and Louie coming out to save my day. Showed me and educated me on the step by step process what it'd take for me to not go through this for a short time. After speaking to my neighbors, price was very reasonable, they payed nearly double for the clean out install! I am so glad I have guys to turn to now. They helped me deliver my groceries in and are amazing. All around 10 stars! I am outside satisfied

Let me first say, the tech didn't push anything on me but $207 for 5 minutes to re install a bathroom seems somewhat steep and surely was fine, professional. I know there are other companies out there that will cost less than that to get a simple bathroom clog. Lesson learned... Won't use them .
Called them to unplug our bathrooms. They quoted $370 to removed bathroom and remove $ or clog207 just to run snake line to remove clog. I was temped to say and find since I left town. I opted for the snake line. It took him all of 5 minutes to unplug it.

If you feel you've morgellons or Lyme or some of that type of issue...I'm saying look at your water! Look over your temp in your water heater. Look at those pipes that are nasty. OUR NEEDS! So pleased to have discovered a representative of the transaction!

This morning, my kitchen flooded. Mr Rooter was called by me and they could come right away. Jesse was very professional and helpful. Our problem was fixed by him, and contacted Copperstate Restoration. Their pricing was reasonable.

This organization and its sister firms (Mr. Sparky and others) are a rip off. The techs and way overpriced try to sell you. They wanted me to replace a faucet which was only five years old because they said they bill me $ 200 only and could not repair the leak in the hose in the pull out part of the faucet to install the faucet. The appointment was cancelled by me and I managed to repair it for $5. And 15 minutes work. I obtained the tank and called the company. Took me about 5 minutes to put it in.
I'd called mr. Sparky and Mr Rooter previously for some new Construction. They had been just two to four times more than any of the other bids I received.
Don't do business with either of them.

After the dryout and demonstration was complete, the office team at Mr. Rooter followed up with us and got us scheduled in a timely fashion for the pipes repair. Keith mended our plumbing problem the exact moment, and was back out to the promised day within the promised window. He threw it away, cleaned the debris up, and cleaned up after himself. Keith explained the work reviewed the bill with me paid done, also made sure I had copies of everything.
Each part of our project from start to finish was ! Plumbing crises are such a nightmare but we felt that all our interactions with Mr. Rooter were professional and honest.
Our plumbing issue needed attention. He instantly assessed our difficulty, which required mitigation specialist participation (water damage that required dryout, demo, cutting into the walls ). Keith made sure to explain everything was happy to answer questions, and made sure we understood what our homeowner's insurance could cover as a consequence of the damage.
We have (sadly ) had to involve Mr. Rooter in our lives a couple of times over the past several decades, both as renters and now as homeowners. Customer service and timeliness of service provision has been top notch in all our adventures. This moment, when we were the ones footing the bill instead of the landlord, I felt I really could give a review.
