Excellent customer support and communication! Clean a few drains and I phoned yesterday to come out today and they sent a technician. They called to remind me and I would like to know the technician was on the way. The technician arrived on his sneakers with booties and a grin to maintain my floor clean. He was able to clean out 3 drains and showed me what the issue was (hair creature that rivaled a complete size creature ). He was quick but thorough! He left areas clean. I will definitely call them again if desired (hopefully we don't lol). Shout out!
After scoping they told me I had broken pipes and required $10,0000 - $20,000 worth of repairs where they feed pipes that were new through my existing ones using some fancy technique. They said that there were two breaks including one beneath the home were a pit of sewage eroding and had been growing.
This issues is on top of the other issues I had trying to reach someone in Mr. Rooter to cover my invoice and issues with the technician.
If Mr. Rooter ever conducts on the camera down your plumbing and informs you that you require expensive pipe fixes, do your self a favor and receive another opinion. After obtaining my approval beginning to unclog the drain and showing up late, I had been told they could camera scope my pipes for slightly extra cost.
I was dubious, so I paid $250 to possess another plumber send a camera down for another opinion. Guess what - Plumbing look great. The funny thing is, there's a YouTube video done by a Mr. Rooter man in some other state describing how"other technicians" run a scam like this and to be careful!
Following a negative review of Mr Rooter in Tucson, a Cory Harding called me and stated that since I was very dissatisfied with my support, a refund would be issued due to my unsatisfactory service costing $79.00 so I could apply a plumber of my decision if I decided to do so. Allow me to start off by saying I am telling all my friends to not call you you are not and because you market as being open 24 seven and I won't call you. I spoke to one of the text that you told me they would call me in a while I still haven't heard from you and it's been 12 hours. Not a way to win over a client because you have certainly lost this one and as many individuals as I could tell to not use you.
Technician David was very and had great customer service skills. He made recommendations to fix problem and took care under sink to cover plastic. Issue was solved by efficiently and appreciated his honesty and hard work!!
I most certainly would employ Mike S. again. Without doubt. I am pleased with the results of what could have been a far more nightmarish situation.
This was going to be an expensive repair. No. Matter. What.
Only problem I had, creating an appointment and reluctantly, got the quotation. There was something wrong with the phone tree that wouldn't patch me through to an individual being. So I asked to get a quotation through Yelp and obtained a response. I appreciated that.
The quotation offered was competitive considering what I'd hear from other folks. And they can finish the job within a period. Additionally, I found that Mike S. and Mike #two were favorable and ahead during their review. I'd had leak experience previously with my home, so I had understanding of the task.
I'd heard of the business, but didn't have a good sense about its standing. Checking out the Yelp inspection, I found that things seemed mostly positive. So I went for it.
I had the good fortune of being delegated Mike S. and another Mike, whose last name I can't remember.
After the first review, I had been left with Mike S., who's extremely devoted to his craft. He was deliberate careful and patient during work that required hours upon hours. And he made certain that the patch job was adequate cleaning up the sidewalk above the repair and the entire region. He took the extra distance to make certain that patch job proved to be a uniform shade with the remainder of the slab segment. This was greatly appreciated!
Situation was dire: I had a slab leak beneath my driveway's elevated part, and it seemed it was going for a few days. At least.
There was no location on the source of the leak. The way the water was running beneath the concrete, it seemed that there could have been three points of origin. Great. . .now I needed a leak sensor. That will cost another hundred.
After calling several plumbers in the region getting tremendously substantial quotes (Really?! Countless dollars?! You're not replacing the entire lineup; this is merely a fix ) or apologies that the work could not be achieved for a few days, I ended up calling Mr. Rooter.
Had an issue with pipes over the weekend and had to make care is taken by it we had a house filled with folks coming over. Jose and readily took care of the matter and Isidro revealed up. Both workers were amazing they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The ONLY reason I am not providing a 5 star is the company is a bit pricey.
This is the place, if you want to flush your money down the drain. My upstairs bathtub was leaking, which caused water to drip through my ceiling. The mr rooter"specialists" wanted to charge me $6K do do extensive work that they promised was necessary to repair the problem. They were pushy in trying for me to begin straight away, but I needed a second opinion...I'm happy I did. The difficulty was a little crack in the grout as it happens. Another company fixed the problem for $80. If you don't want to get ripped off I strongly recommend not using mr rooter.
Cesar Lopez did a great job putting in our new bathroom. Very knowledgeable and professional. And the price was fair. We have been very happy both times and have used them.
My review is. Elton saved us 11,000.00 in fixes on septic main line. The superb service consisted of an immediate estimate for a line to be replaced in a system at a house we had been contemplating buying. After the home review on a potential home which looked pristine, we had a video review done of the septic tank LINES. The initial steel pipes from 1961 had holes, cracks, and issues that are annealing, from kitchen and initial bathroom, to the septic tank, which was UNDER THE HOME. While purchasing an older house with the first piping, it's great to check on them, and we are so glad we did. While the house and the county review then passed the county does NOT assess the lines. We declined to purchase the house. . .as the seller declined to repair the house. (Hey, you got me!) Hope the seller discloses the facts relating to this 11K repair occupation when YOU are looking to buy that home! We needed information FAST. . .and we obtained FAST and EFFICIENT service from Elton in Mr. Rooter. He came out and did his very own video review, wrote up us an estimate including all the dimensions, what the corporation would and couldn't do, indicated the warranties and has been available for our queries. I found him to be personable, helpful, professional and courteous. We shared his estimate with the seller, expect they use Mr. Rooter to correct the home before selling it to YOU. In the near future, we will put our OWN house up for sale soon, and will call Elton to come so we could do repairs prior to selling do a pre-sale review. When it's really easy It's unfortunate that lots of buyers don't protect themselves. . .make it part of a house inspection to call Elton in Mr. Rooter, to get a video review of lines to make sure you understand what you're getting into! Remember. . .just because the county approves a TANK. . .that review never explores the septic LINES! In this case, we'd have had to jackhammer out the slab in 2 rooms, compensated over 11K in only slab and pipe repairs, and THEN remodeled the flooring, mended the gutters, etc.. Mr. Rooter saved me an $11,000.00+ headache. . .with only ONE PHONE CALL into Elton. THANK YOU!
We thought because it was a Sunday, we'd need to pay a massive sum of money and had a plumbing service. In a brief period of time, Brett from Mr. Rooter showed up in our residence. He was soft spoken, forthright, type. Brett needed to return on Monday to put a camera in our sewer line and our problem was diagnosed by him immediately. We had. He came back today to install the back splash and showed my husband the corroded equipment. Brett manually dug 4 feet down to get to the line. Brett performed in an outstanding manner and explained everything thoroughly. We highly recommend Mr. Rooter and notably their excellent tech, Brett. Thank you for taking such excellent care of us.

Okay. Idon't need to bother these guys anymore considering the circumstance. I feel uneasy even calling the company so I'll use this medium to provide insight on this circumstance to complain about the provider/consumer customer support.
After we called back the guys to check it out Robert said that the issue was unrelated. (Difficult to believe.) . We don't believe in support. We left them to pay for the hassle and time to return.
Anyway, gonna call somebody else.
After fixing a leak in the toilet which later lead to substituting a"galvanized pipe" for over $700.00 value of work, we experienced SAME night water pressure failure in the kitchen.
We bought a sink for $100 that was the same version as the older one and went to Home Depot. From Robert saying that the sink is incompatible with the home, we receive a call. When I asked what this means and how far it was so that we could go pick it up because he haughtily replied with a"I am a plumber I really do so for a living that I KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT". When my bf was angry we had a misunderstanding and the plumber Robert began yelling at me about the phone phone"YOU CAN JUST REPLACE IT YOURSELVES."
They ended up coming back with all the part, and the faucet was installed.
Had a very slow drain in kitchen and washing machine place. Called Mr. Rooter. Got an appointment for the Following Day. Tech was Chris, showed up just as promised on time. Showed and explained what he had been doing. I decided to get a thorough cleaning as it was provided. Chris' supervisor showed up to check out the outcome. Both were more friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I recommend them highly!
The water pressure in my house went down to nearly a dribble, therefore I had purchased a replacement pressure regulator myself but I could not get it off . could get until Saturday and the other, although I managed to receive 2 quotes from a few companies. I phoned Mr Rooter and they had someone out here within a few hours, nevertheless they quoted me 400 dollars to replace a regulator I had as another two lent me only 125 to install it as long as my part was used by them. I felt I had no other choice except to cover 3 times what it would have cost me going with another person Because I could not go without water in my house. The Tech was instantaneous and friendly, but I needed to help him maintain the pipes and allow him to use my own tools and a shop rag that he did not possess... after paying him the 400 dollars in money, he hands me back a hundred and stated merry Christmas and his boss let him alter the price to 300 hundred instead. Next time I have a plumbing problem that can wait, I'll go with someone else.

Our sewer line blocked and started flooding when we moved into our home. This location charged us $80 quotation us, check the line, and to come out. They drove up, pointed out that we have an older house and a huge Masquite tree, and stated"your clay pipe collapsed because of the tree. It'll be around $3000 to dig up your drive, replace the pipeand put everything back." We called another company the following day. They came out at no cost. They found that a clog in the main pipe and we paid $120.
My shower stopped draining and I worked to get it unplugged. I phoned Mr. Rooter on Sunday about 2:30pm and James showed up a couple hours later. He was very professional and explained everything clearly. Price was fair and James had the problem. I had been impressed with the experience and would use them again. Another side note that there was no fee for Sunday service.
After speaking with the store manager who examined the quote and the work I obtained a refund of approximately 1/3 of my cash. Nevertheless there was but the work had been performed and the supervisor a price reasonable and fair.
