Very happy with our emergency plumbing services! I've had poor experiences with other plumbing companies (unfriendly techs, not solving the problem, crazy up-charges) therefore I wasn't looking forward to another lousy experience. This was the opposite in every way. By the time we put the call and paper work, the service was friendly professional, and thorough.

My AC froze up throughout the day it was so hot; my unit had literally froze up (there was ice); Called Penguin plus they identified the probably immediately and were able to fix the probably quickly and professionally. I was rather impressed with their service technician and I chose to subscribe to the club membership (maintenance) - so my AC would be regularly maintained and I never need to endure without AC again. They also do pipes when I encounter plumbing problems so that I'll certainly call them.

Charges like mad. Our technician attempted to inform us and had it was an electrical problem which it was not. They wanted over $1,000 and we decided to fix it ourselves and paid under $300. The technician caused sparks to fly and blew the breaker and opened up a wall outlet. He was just certified for NOT and HVAC electric. He'd no business in trying to pull an outlet out. He was not educated in our setup and told us he did not know how to work on it. I don't recommend this location and if for some reason you decide to go for them ask for almost any technician but Ryan.
