It tells a lot about a company to you if you can not get a free estimate. Going to leave it in that!!

Update: I called the office and spoke to a the office personnel, once I explained to them what had happened, I had been put on hold in order for them to critique the bill that was submitted. When office personnel returned they were very rude and stated they might need to call me back in about an hours because they had to speak to the plumber and ask him why he would quote me low, because there's not anything on there truck which is that inexpensive, and they didn't know why he left a quote for me was low. I explained to them that when I had been given an accurate quote I would not have used there services. I also didn't receive a return phone call.
The job was done very well, however, when the plumber arrived he quoted me it would be around $200.00. It $100.00 per hour labor I asked him for the parts and he explained,"o it maybe not that far, the brass fittings are like 50 cents each. I agreed and went ahead with the repair. I went to talk to him about the statement and he said sorry man the brass coupling was $40.00, I don't use these component very much. That is in my view completely unacceptable. Give an accurate quote. They do not tell you they charge. If you use a test, no excess charge.

These guys are super reliable. When my Pipes went bad I needed to employ them more than a weekend. Not only did they give me options that are different but items that are several were repaired by them . The water heater only needed a thermostat and a water heater was replaced. The service wasn't expensive and it fixed all my issues. Thank you very much.

Curtis Plumbing supplied us excellent service when we experienced an issue with our septic system. The initial (unnamed) company misdiagnosed our problem and said it'd be $3800 to fix. Curtis managed to fix it and identified the problem.

Before receiving an invoice to 14, I was requested to pay my invoice. I paid my bill in full at the time of service. I wished to understand the difference. However, to be told by YOU that I was given"concession" on my invoice for"overtime" is absurd! I was scheduled a window of 12-3, the tech showed up at 3:40 and did less than an hour ! To say I must have been charged overtime is absurd. Also, you don't have any clue what previous maintenance was done to my property, and to call others out is unprofessional. I made it obvious since I live on the opposite side of the nation I couldn't attend the appointment. So please continue to try and make me seem like the one in the wrong. You never did tackle I was to await a camera to be scheduled? I waited 4 days without a word. And, I was really clear in my call which I wanted a camera run.

I called Curtis Plumbing to have a look at a potential backed up drain. I was clear on the phone with both females I spoke with as to wanting the pipe runs down. I was told the will snake it and then they are going to conduct a camera. I asked for an estimate of price and since I wouldn't be present to pay my invoice. I was told that I could pay by check to prevent the 3% card charge. I said that was wonderful. I booked the appointment. The tech was late, I understand things happen. He did his thing snaked the pipe and what not. He told the lineup was clear and open to the sewer and me there was no reason to get a clog. He then said I want to have the camera run to check for a potential break in the lineup due to"foundation collapse". That he called to get payment for the 16, after the tech return to his office. I explained once I booked the girl said I could write a check. He explained"I was a first-time customer and had to pay now." I guess I could have denied, I compensated, including the 3% commission. I see I was charged $10 more than quoted for the snake and a $ 7 bath charge, as I looked at the invoice. I said to program the pipe to have a camera run down. 2 days. When I explained what I wanted and called not a different trip and if desired run a camera then, it was made to appear as the tech would snake the pipe, appointment and fees. I would steer clear of this organization or any that cannot offer you accurate pricing and understand when and how processes are completed. I also had the pricing for the camera when I called and then the cost increased, when the tech gave me the estimates. Shady and not really worth the

Had water leak in ABS piping link in bath. Fixed it. I was a somewhat upset that their quotation over telephone was round $400 but final charge was 816.08; I'd emailed them extensive description and multiple photographs so that they could provide more precise quote since they do not do free quotes though I realize they found a few other issues they had to correct that were not apparent in my description and photographs. He showed up with a trainee and also billed me for period too although I was also upset that the impression they gave me was just 1 plumber would do the job. I'll use them only for involved or intricate jobs. They are too pricey for plumbing tasks like toilet faucet or install setup.

I called Curtis plumbing and has been very satisfied both times.
The first was to help so I could excavate locate out a tidy; paying for a 80 bucks an hour to dig doesn't seem like a good time. So, he marked it for me, abs I dug up this. I snaked it together with my electrical snake; nada. Called out knocked out it . The truly impressive thing for me was that both times, the technician (Matt) was more than willing to explain to me how to do things myself to be able to save money. Including recommending products and good plumbing supply stores, he did not force anything down my throat, but let me discuss and find an inexpensive solution. Kudos.

I have used this company for years, they are excellent. They replaced my moms entire septic several decades back. . .including that the leech field. They've repaired frozen pipes, drains, Place in clean fittings fixed my faucets, repaired bathrooms etc. basically they've completed everything from small jobs to large and intricate ones. They are on time, reasonably priced and their technicians are kind, helpful, hard working and professional....and that they are aware of what they are doing. I cannot say enough about these. They do great work and stand by their own work. I strongly recommend for any plumbing need. Real plumbers. . .not just individuals who are handy at repairs.

My septic spit junk all over my bathtub since it hadn't been pumped by me . Not only did they come out to the weekend to give it a short-term repair, but the office supervisor answered all of my questions that were septic. I am a city girl, so I had no idea so, or that every six years, you have to pump it. Then they came back with two guys, to pump out the entire thing, which was filled to the top, so I would not have to pay the weekend rate, throughout the week. They knew what they were doing, and were nice and professional. They didn't waste any time getting to work at our 100 levels plus temperatures, and they gave us a Senior Citizen discount. I was also happy that they abandoned my garden looking like it did before they did up the dig, and cleaned up all their job.

Called Curtis Plumbing to emerge and look at a water flow that was within my stucco wall that was outside. This was the first time we had utilized Curtis Plumbing. The plumber Billy was able to diagnose and correct the the problem in a sensible time, and showed up immediately on the scheduled time and day. He was also very professional and considerate. Billing prices for the fix were also very reasonable. I will use Curtis Plumbing to our plumbing needs. Tip Top Service in making the appointment all the way to completion of the job!

Curtis Plumbing responded to our semi-emergency. The job was completed in a skilled and efficient manner. The workplace kept us advised regarding the arrival time of the plumber and he answered all our questions and explained that the work done. We'd certainly use this company later on.

Septic tank copy, on the weekend, naturally. Curtis Plumbing was the only company I contacted ( I called others) that really provided"emergency service" as promoted. The gentleman that came out, Joe, got the work, considerate, and was professional. To be in business so long as they have, they are definitely doing something right.
